On arrival at Cochin airport or Railway station, we will transfer you to Thattekkadu (50kms/1hr) .Check in to the hotel birds lagoon Thattekkad, situated on the banks of the Periyar River , over looking the lush greenery of the nearby rain forest. It houses the precious bird sanctuary named after Dr. Salim Ali, the famed ornithologist and attracts rare species of birds from various parts of the world including Asia and Europe. After breakfast we take you for a full day sightseeing trip of Munnar watch beautiful mist kissing romantic green meadows- mind-blowing hills sleeping under green carpet(Tea Gardens). Visit - Mattupetty Lake & Dam, Echo Point, Kundale Lake, Blossom Garden, Rajamalai, overnight at Munnar.

0900 Hrs after breakfast check out from Hotel and we drive down to Kumarakom (185 Kms / 4 Hrs). On arrival at Kumarakom visit the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary and later check in at hotel in, Evening go for Sunset cruise (optional) or enjoy the beauty of backwater by just relaxing near Vembanadu Lake.

Morning at leisure at resort, 1230 hrs check in at houseboat. Rest of the day at leisure on the Houseboat. Sit back and relax while the boat cruises through the narrow serene backwater canals.Lunch, Evening Tea/Coffee with snacks, dinner and enjoy your evening on the sundeck away form polluted cities and maddening crowd .Only disturbance will be twinkle of a shining star or diving of fish around your to say hello by waving its tail from the lake.
