A team of five members called the ‘Panch’ assists the chief in deciding any case. The tribal groups encourage marriages within the tribe and are strictly against any sort of inter-tribe marriages. The tribal groups have a tradition to either bury or cremate the dead ones among them. The cremation is not followed by any kind of rituals to cut off the expenses.
