Jodhpur has many different places to explore within the city. Many of these places have been featured in films.
Mehrangarh Fort: It is the largest fort in Rajasthan and dominatingly hovers above the city. This mammoth structure has many palaces, halls and temples to explore in its premises.
Historical: Apart from the Mehrangarh Fort, the other places of historical significance are Jaswant Thada, Mandore, Umaid Bhawan Palace and Khejarla Fort.
Lakes: Balsamand Lake, Kailana Lake and Gulab Sagar Lake are all natural reservoirs that are prominent picnic spots.
Temples: Some of the temples here that can be visited are Baba Ramdev Temple, Ganesh Temple, Mahamandir Temple and Pal Balaji Temple amongst others.
