Batasia Loop is a spiral railway in Darjeeling. This loop is commonly known as the Toy Train Line because the Toy Train passes and ascends the slope through this loop. It was commissioned in the early 19th century during the British rule in India. If a person stands on one side of the loop, a beautiful view of the Toy Train whistling and ascending downhill can be seen.
