Day wise Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival Makkah

Reach the Airport 4 hours before departure and board the flight to Jeddah (or Madinah). Check the ticket and reach the right terminal.
Marhaba Haji's or its partner’s local representative will meet you at the arrival terminal of Jeddah (or Madinah) and will assist you with the immigration procedure. Collect your luggage and board the bus or car or any other transport that’s been arranged.
After around 2 hours’ drive to the holy city i.e., from Jeddah to Makkah, transfer to the hotel. From Madinah airport to Madinah hotel, it takes about 30 minutes.
After relaxing regroup for the main purpose of your pilgrimage. Your guide will inform you as to when the group will depart to perform the Umrah rituals.
Engage in the rituals of Umrah guided by the group leader or guide. Remember to pray for the entire humanity.

Kaaba – Experience the awe-inspiring sight of the Kaaba in Masjid al-Haram, the holiest site in Islam. Gaze upon the majestic structure as you engage in the spiritual rituals of Tawaf, creating a profound connection with the center of the Muslim world.

Day 9

Makkah - Madina

Check out from your hotel and regroup to travel to Madinah, the city of our most beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and second holiest city in Islam.
Visit Badr - Journey through history as you visit the hallowed grounds of Badr, the site of the first Islamic battle, on your way from Makkah to Madinah. Pay homage to the heroes who exemplified unwavering faith, courage, and sacrifice in the name of Islam. Let this powerful encounter deepen your understanding of Islam's legacy and leave a lasting impact on your pilgrimage. (Only if permitted by Saudi visa company)
Transfer to the hotel for check in after around 5 hours of drive.
Relax for a while and visit the most awaited Al-Masjid-E-Nabawi (SAW).
The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and his beloved Sahaba Hazrath Abu Bakr Siddiq (RA) and Hazrath Umar (RA) are resting here, so walk with respect and caution. Offer Durood (blessings), and Salam (greetings) to them and be mindful to give opportunity to other visitors. Dress well and wear ittar (perfume) when visiting the Prophet's resting place.

Day 10

Madina

Visit Rawdah in Masjid-E-Nabawi and offer prayers for 15 to 20 minutes (Rawdah visit is permitted only once per Umrah trip). The rest of the time is at your disposal – Utilize the remaining time for personal devotion and reflection.

Al Rawdah - Embark on a spiritually enriching visit to Al Rawdah (The Garden) in Masjid-E-Nabawi, believed to be a part of paradise on Earth. Here, devotees fervently pray for forgiveness of their sins, seek blessings for the afterlife, and earnestly pray for the well-being of all humanity. Day 11

Madina

Join the group for the Madinah ziarath program with professional tour guide and live commentaries from Islamic scholars while visiting the historical sites of Madina such as Masjid-E-Quba, Masjid-E-Qiblatain, Saba mosques, and Jabal Uhud. You will be given time to perform two rak’ats of prayers in Masjid-E-Quba and Masjid Al Qiblatain.

Founded by Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) himself, a visit to this mosque brings immense blessings and rewards. Masjid-E-Qiblatayn – Masjid e Qiblatayn, located in Madinah, is renowned for its unique historical significance as the mosque where the Qibla (direction of prayer) was changed during the time of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). This historical site attracts countless pilgrims seeking to immerse themselves in the rich history and spiritual essence of Islam.
Masjid-E-Sab’ah - The Seven Mosques (al-Masjid al-Sabʿah) is a complex of six small historic and often visited mosques in the city of Medina, Saudi Arabia. The complex consists of six mosques in spite of the name "Sab'ah" means "seven", because Saudis demolished one. These mosques are located in south of Mount Sela which was the scene of the Battle of the Trench.

Arrive at Bangalore International Airport, concluding the memorable and life changing pilgrimage journey.

Departure

Each meal of the day will be available as per scheduled time as per instruction given by the hotel. Food will not be arranged before or after the time for that meal.
In case of meal provided via parcel to the hotel, food will have to be collected at the entrance of the hotel in your room or outside the hotel as per your convenience. Food will not be sent to the room. - Date of departure may change by 2 to 3 days if the hotel or flight is overbooked. Hotel or flight overbooking and availability is at the discretion of hotels and airlines and tour operators have no control over it.
Entry into Makkah or Madinah Haram is controlled by Saudi authorities. Please adhere to the Saudi authority guidelines for entry timings and number of visits allowed. These guidelines can change without notice any time including after reaching the holy cities. Hence tour operator cannot be held responsible for unavailability of certain services if Saudi authorities apply restrictions. - All group activities like Ziyarath in Makkah, & Madinah will be as per planned schedules. Please reach the meeting place on time to avoid missing the Ziyarath. The group will not wait for people coming late.
Prices are subject to change if Indian currency value drops compared to Saudi Arab Riyals. Prices are calculated at conversion rate of 1 SAR = 22.5 INR
Infant rate for less than 25 months is INR 38,000.00, child between 3 and 8 years without bed is INR 65,000.00. Prices may change without prior notice.
We cannot commit for rooms with only men or only women for bookings on sharing basis. Such an arrangement is subject to feasibility.
Hotel check-in time in Saudi Arabia is 16:00 noon or as per Hotel Policies (early check in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.)
Hotel check out time is 12:00 noon or as per Hotel Policies (late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges).
Company is not responsible for missing sightseeing, destinations closed without prior notice due to political strikes or road block, etc. Company is not responsible for compensating any loss or additional cost incurred by guest while taking tour.

Verbal commitment done by any of our executive is not valid.
The cost of each group package has been calculated on the basis of fixed inclusions. In a scenario of customization required, then cost shall be incurred on the basis of value additions. - In case of bad weather, flight cancellation, change of schedule of flights, company will not be responsible for any refund.
Similarly, while we assure you of enjoyable holidays, we cannot and do not guarantee or represent that such tour will be as per your mental perception, imagination or thoughts about such tour. - The itinerary flow is subject to change without any prior notification.
Payment should be made strictly as per the payment policy or on the installment date. If client fails to do so company is not responsible for the given hotel or vehicle as we need to transfer the same to them.
Initial amount of INR 30,000 per person is for the blocking of the group package. - Flight tickets are subject to availability. In case the tickets are not available for the quoted amount then other alternative dates will be recommended.
100% amount needs to be paid for flight tickets in advance for issuance of tickets; If flight fare has increased/decreased by the time payment reaches us, then the same shall be borne by the client and the quotation would be revised accordingly.
Please remember that all special requests like early check-In, late check-out, smoking room, non smoking room, views, floors, king bed, twin bed, adjoining and/or interconnecting rooms are strictly subject to availability upon arrival and same cannot be guaranteed in prior.
Customers cannot change the itinerary during the trip unless the same has been pre-informed and assented by our travel agent.
In case of non-compliance of payment terms, Marhaba Haji reserves the right to cancel the booking. - Any amendments/additions to package (dates, inclusions, itinerary, etc.), will be done at an extra cost to the customer.
Changes made to the package will be made as per cancellation policy of the original package and customer has to bear the cost incurred due to this.
In case local attractions are closed for maintenance/weather conditions/government orders/strike/curfew/natural calamity/other unforeseen reasons, Marhaba Haji will try its best to reimburse the traveler appropriate amount against the same in case refund is possible. However, Marhaba Haji is not obligated for the same and cannot be held liable against it.
Marhaba Haji is not responsible for machinery disturbance i.e., mechanical disturbance in Volvo or in cab, tyre puncture or any other mechanical issue during the trip. In that case Marhaba Haji will provide you alternate option.
If client uses vehicle apart from the itinerary or by any chance the day has been extended, then guest has to bear the cost of the extra services or extra time.
If the client failed to pay the installment on time, booking will be released automatically from the system and later on, the guest just needs to pay Re booking charges for the same. - If the guest/client is making the payment that means he/she is automatically accepting the T & C. - All disputes are subjected to Bangalore Jurisdiction.
Amendment & Postponed Policy
After making the payment of a particular package if client wants to make any amendment or if client wants to postpone the date, he/she needs to bear some charges of the same
