• Day 2 : NAIROBI - SAMBURU

  Pick up from the hotel by one of our representative drive Samburu. Arrive in time for lunch. After lunch you proceed for an afternoon game drive returning to the lodge in the evening. Samburu National park is situated on the banks of the Ewaso Nyiro river in Kenya. This means plenty of water, trees and shade to attract wildlife.

• Day 3 : SAMBURU FULL DAY

  Pend a further day in this Reserve where game viewing and visibility is excellent. Bird life is superb with over 380-recorded species and game includes reticulated giraffes, Grevy’s zebras, elephants, Oryx, Somali ostrich, hippos, crocodiles, gerenuk, buffaloes, lions, leopards, cheetahs and hyenas. The long-necked gerenuk is a graceful antelope which spends much of its time in a bi-pedal stance seeking succulence among the withered scrub which dots this harsh terrain. Scenically, for most of the year Samburu is under the unsympathetic equatorial sun. Relief comes from the Ewaso Ng’iro River which rises some hundreds of kilometers to the west on the foothills of the Aberdares and which vanishes beyond Samburu in the recess of the Lorian swamp.

• Day 4 : SAMBURU - THE ARK

  After Breakfast you will depart to the Aberdare Country Club. Arrive at Aberdare Country Club in time for lunch. Aberdare country club is located on the slopes of Mweiga Hill just 190 kilometers from Nairobi in Mweiga. In the afternoon, you will be transferred to the Ark Tree Lodge in the Aberdare National Park located only 17 Kilometers/ 11 Miles away. The Aberdare National Park animals include the Lion, Leopard, African elephant, African Hunting Dog, Giant Forest Hog, Bushbuck, Mountain Reedbuck, Waterbuck, Cape Buffalo, Suni, Side-Striped Jackal, Eland, Duikers Olive Baboon, Black and White Colobus Monkey and Sykes Monkey. Rarer sightings include those of the Golden Cat and the Bongo - an elusive forest antelope that lives in the bamboo forest.

• Day 5 : THE ARK – LAKE NAKURU

  After early breakfast you will depart for Lake Nakuru. On the way you will have brief stopovers at the equator point and Thompson falls. You will then proceed to arrive in time for lunch at the lodge. After lunch and rest you embark on a tour of Lake Nakuru National park. Flocks of greater and lesser flamingos are found on this Lake which turns it pink hence it is dubbed the pick lake. It is also a home to the endangered black and white Rhino, the big cats and other wildlife except the elephant. At 1800 hrs you return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

• Day 6 : LAKE NAKURU - MASAI MARA

  0600hrs Early morning pick up from the hotel and drive to Masai Mara so named to mean the “spotted plains” in the Mara language. This is home to the greatest concentration of large mammals and is widely recognized as Africa’s ultimate wildlife reserve. The park is the northern extension to the vast Serengeti-Mara ecosystem, famous for its annual migration of wildebeest. Sunset in this spectacular place of breathtaking sceneries, never-ending plains and the most abundant variety of wildlife remaining anywhere in the world. Arrive in time for lunch. Have lunch and later enjoy your afternoon game drive. The landscape is made up of rolling savannahs dotted with patchy shrubs and bush thickets.

  After breakfast you will spend the rest of the day in game watching on morning and afternoon game drives. Wildlife is abundant in the Reserve with the gentle grasslands ensuring that animals are never out of sight. Birds are prolific including immigrants, 450 bird species have been recorded among them 57 birds of prey. Every year the Mara plays host to the world’s greatest natural spectacle; The Great Wildebeest Migration from the Serengeti. The big cats - lion, leopard, and cheetah - follow the wildebeest, essentially their main source of food, into the Mara. So the Mara at this time is literally packed with wildlife, providing lucky visitors on safari with superb sightings of game.

  After breakfast you will drive to Lake Naivasha. Upon arrival at the lake you will have lunch and later enjoy boat rides at the lake. Boat rides you will pay them directly at the entrance by the help of the driver guide.

• Day 10 : LAKE NAIVASHA – AMBOSELI

  After breakfast you will drive to Amboseli. Upon arrival have lunch and later after lunch you will spend the rest of the afternoon at leisure enjoy the game drive while seeing Mt Kilimanjaro. Amboseli is located in the lower slopes of mighty Mount Kilimanjaro – Africa’s highest – whose peak lies across the border in Tanzania. It is quite an experience to see Kilimanjaro hovering above the clouds in an early morning. The animal pictures arising against the dramatic backdrop of the mountain will thrill the photography enthusiast. Amboseli is renowned for its huge elephant herds. You are likely to see buffalo, black rhino, zebra, wildebeest and other plain animals.

• Day 11 : FULL DAY AT AMBOSLELI NATIONAL PARK

  Morning game drive and later back to the lodge for breakfast. After breakfast you will spend the rest of the day with morning and evening game drive with picnic Lunch boxes. Later after the game drive you will be back at the lodge for dinner.

• Day 12 : AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK - TSAVO EAST

  After breakfast, tour Tsavo East National park which is renowned for its large numbers of elephants, the famous man-eating lions and other physical attractions like Tsavo river and Arub dam. You will also have a chance to see the red elephants and many types of flora and fauna. Back to the lodge in evening.

  After breakfast you will drive to Mombasa Diani. Upon arrival you will check in at the lodge for lunch and spend the rest of the evening at Leisure.
