Day 1 Bagdogra / Njp – Phuentsholing

Arrival | Transfer to Bhutan Upon arrival at Bagdogra Airport or NJP Railway Station, meet our representative and proceed to Phuentsholing, the gateway to Bhutan. Approximate distance: 180 km Approximate driving time: 3–4 hours On arrival, check in to your hotel. The evening is free for leisure or exploring the local market at your own pace. Day 2 Phuentsholing – Thimphu

Scenic Drive to Bhutan's Capital After breakfast, check out and drive to Thimphu via Chukha, enjoying scenic views of Bhutan's mountains, rivers, and valleys. Approximate distance: 145 km Approximate driving time: 5 hours On arrival in Thimphu, check in to your hotel. The evening is free for leisure. You may enjoy a relaxed walk around the city and explore local cafés or Bhutanese cuisine. Overnight stay: Thimphu

Day 3 Thimphu City Tour – Paro

Historic Landmarks | Return to Phuentsholing After an early breakfast, check out and proceed for Paro sightseeing, covering selected attractions along the route and in the Paro Valley. Places to visit: Drukgyal Dzong: Historic fortress ruins dating back to the 17th century, offering scenic mountain views. Paro Airport Viewpoint: A scenic viewpoint overlooking the Paro Valley and airport. Dungtse Lhakhang: A distinctive historic temple. Nyamai Zam: The traditional bridge near Paro Dzong. Ugyen Pelri Palace: View from outside, subject to access restrictions. After sightseeing, proceed to Phuentsholing. On arrival, check in to your hotel. Overnight stay: Phuentsholing

CHILD POLICY

Rates are applicable to Indian nationals.
Children aged 11 years and above: Charged at the applicable adult rate.
Children aged 5–11 years: Charges applicable as per Child With Bed (CWB) or Child No Bed (CNB), depending on the hotel.
Children below 5 years: Complimentary, subject to hotel policy. For 5-star properties, the applicable complimentary age may be below 3 years.
Important: Hotels may strictly enforce their child policies. Guests are requested to carry valid age proof for children.

Keep your passport or Voter ID and other required travel documents accessible.
Follow local instructions and photography restrictions at religious and heritage sites.
Don'ts
Do not smoke or handle tobacco products carelessly; Bhutan has specific tobacco regulations.
Do not enter religious sites without following the prescribed dress code and footwear rules.

Hotel availability: Rooms are not blocked until the booking is confirmed. The itinerary may be rearranged to accommodate hotel availability while maintaining the overall duration and services, wherever possible.
Vehicle services: The vehicle will operate as per the agreed itinerary and point-to-point service plan; it will not remain at the guests' disposal throughout the day.
Standard service hours: Vehicle services are generally scheduled between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, unless otherwise confirmed. Emergency assistance arrangements should be confirmed separately.
Flight and train details: Guests must share exact arrival and departure details in advance to facilitate transfer arrangements.
Sightseeing: Visits are subject to weather, road conditions, local regulations, opening hours, and access restrictions.
Rates and supplements: Rates are subject to availability and may change due to revised taxes, government fees, fuel costs, hotel tariffs, or festival and peak-season supplements.
Travel documents: Guests are responsible for carrying valid documents and complying with the latest immigration and permit requirements.
Additional expenses: Any service or expense not specifically listed under package inclusions will be charged separately.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

Cancellation charges will apply as follows:

Less than 7 days before travel: 100% of the package cost.
7–15 days before travel: 75% of the package cost.
16–40 days before travel: 50% of the package cost.
More than 40 days before travel: Refund of the package cost after deducting a processing fee of ₹1,000 per person.

For 4-star premium and 5-star properties: The respective hotel's cancellation policy will apply where applicable.
Cancellation charges are subject to the terms of the confirmed booking and any non-refundable supplier payments.
