Cancellation Policy

Cancelled up to 30 Days before tour – 100% of the Tour program cost will be refunded.
Between 21 – 30 Days – 75% of the Tour cost will be refunded.
Between 20 – 11 Days – 50% of the Tour cost will be refunded.
Less than 10 Days – 25% refund.
In case, tour is cancelled due to any kind of lockdown restrictions (10 days prior) your paid amount shall be carry forwarded to any of our future trek or tour
In case, tour is cancelled due to any kind of lockdown restrictions(15 days prior) your paid amount shall be fully refunded

Terms & Conditions

Above rates are calculated as per the hotels and rooms mentioned. In case of room type is not mentioned, calculations based on the base category room in the hotel
Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment and availability of hotels mentioned
In case of non availability of rooms in the specified hotels we will inform you the same and will give you different options of hotels and the rates will be increase or decrease depends on the hotel selection. There will not be any change in the hotels specified without your concern.
