7Days MECHUKA Tour

We will receive you at the Airport/Railway Station and transfer you to one of the network hotels or Home Stay beside a Tea Garden. If your arrival time is in the first half then after lunch you can visit the Jaggantah Temple and the Jokai Zoological Park. You can also visit the Brahmaputra Bank for an evening stroll and Visit the local market in the late evening and after dinner retire for the day.

Early morning at 5.00 hrs we will start for our onward journey to the beautiful Ziro Valley via Dhemaji, North Lakhimpur District, Kimin, New Palin. We will cross the Landmark Bridge the longest railway bridge in India.Its a 259 Km journey in the North Bank of Assam. After reaching check-in at the local renowned homestay and after tea snack can have a stroll in the local market and enjoy the spectacular landscape .After dinner retire for the day.

After breakfast, we start our tour of the beautiful and serene Ziro Valley. Places of interest at Ziro valley are- 1) Meghna cave Temple, 2) Kile Pakho, 3) Midey, 4) Ziro Puto, 5) Dolo Mando, 6) Hapoli, 7) Dilopolyang Maniipolyang, 8) Tipi Orchid Research centre. (Local Guide is essential and is not covered in our Package. They charge anything between Rs.1000 to Rs.2500) After the tour dinner and retire for the night

After breakfast, we start our onward journey to Aalo. After reaching Pasighat and lunch we visit the Ranaghat and Siang River Bank at Pasighat. Then we proceed to Aalo and check-in at the hotel. Local market visit The rest of the day is at leisure or you can opt to visit the local markets famous for shawls, chadors, carpets, handmade bags and other handicraft items can be done and after dinner retire for the night.

After breakfast, we will move to Mechuka the Shangri- La of Arunachal Pradesh. On the way a brief stopover to enjoy the beauty and grandeur of Siko- Dido waterfalls and after lunch there we again continue our journey to Mechuka. After reaching Mechuka we check-in at Homestay. We can have an evening stroll at the town to enjoy the spectacular beauty. At dinner, we enjoy local cuisine at our Homestay before retiring for the night.

After breakfast, we start our Mechuka Tour. Having a a local guide is advisable as we do not provide it. Though our driver can guide a lot. They charge Rs,1000 to 1500 for the day. Following are the places that will be covered- 1) Yarlung View, 2) Hanuman Face, 3) Neh Pema Shelphu(Gurudwara), 4) Mengang Village View, 5) Lhallung Village View, 6) Neh Chendan Takp(Pilgrimage), 7) Tongkor La view, 8) Neh Pema Jelling, 9) Samden Yangcha Monastry(old), 10) Samden Choelling Monastry(New), 11) Menchukha Map, 12) Dorjeeling Gompa. (There are a lot of trekking activities at Mechuka and for that 1 or 4 days extra must be added in the itinerary. Menchukha La Trekking, Tokak La Trekking, Shingyong La Treking, Pasang Sonam Tso)Lake)Neh Saram Trekking, Phukp Khana (Cave) Trekking, Ugin Dukp(Cave) Trekking.Minimum 6 persons should be there in the group with moderate fitness level) Trekking, extra days stay and car rentals are extra and are excluded from our normal itinerary charges. )
