Day 1

Bagdogra -phuentdholing

DAY 1 Bagdogra- Phuntsholing
On arrival at Phuentsholing .you will be received by our local representative. Depending on your arrival time our Trip Leader will assist you in procurement of your permit to Bhutan. The permit issuance takes time depending on the rush one has to stand in queue for procurement of permit.. Overnight at Hotel

Day 2

Phuentsholing -thimphu

DAY 02 Phuentsholing – Thimphu
After breakfast our Bhutan representative who will assist you in boarding your vehicle for transfer to Thimphu (2320Mts / 7656Fts, 180 Kms / 06 to 07 Hrs).later visit Tashichho Dzong. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 3

Thimphu local sightseeing

DAY 03 Thimphu
After breakfasts go for Thimphu sightseeing covering Memorial Chorten, , Buddha Point (Kuensel Phodong), Motithang Takin Preservation Centre, , National Library (Closed on Saturday , Sunday & National Holiday), Institute for Zorig Chusum (Traditional Art & Craft School-Closed on Saturday , Sunday, National Holiday & During Summer & Winter Vacations), Textiles Museum, (Handicrafts Shops Overnight at Hotel.

Activities : Art Galleries , Sightseeing

Day 4

Thimphu-punakha

DAY 04 Thimphu-Punakha
After breakfast drive to Punakha (1200Mts / 3936Fts, 77 Kms / 03 to 3½ Hrs) / Wangdi (Wangdiphodrang) (1350Mts / 4430Fts, 70 Kms / 03 to 3½ Hrs). Punakha / Wangdi is the last town on the highway before entering Central Bhutan. The drive is over Dochu La pass (3080Mts / 10102Fts) which is very scenic with fascinating view of mountains of Bhutan. Visit Punakha Dzong, If time permit visit the Suspension Bridge and then proceed to Chimi Lhakhang (Monastery), Overnight at the Hotel in Wangdi.

Day 5

Punakha to paro

DAY 05 Punakha – Paro
After breakfast today you can even take the Rafting Options on Punakha River. Enroute Stop at Lamperi to visit Royal Botanical Garden. On arrival Paro, check in to the hotel. Afternoon free at leisure. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 6

Paro sightseeing

After breakfast go for Paro Sightseeing Drukgyel Dzong (Presently closed for tourist),Ta Dzong (National Museum-Closed on Saturday, Sunday & National Holiday), Rinpung Dzong, Kyichu Lhakhang (Monastery),Back to the hotel. Overnight at Hotel.

PARO - FULL DAY HIKE TO TAKTSANG LHAKHANG (TIGER`S NEST)
Start the day early for a day hike to Taktsang Lhakhang (Tiger's Nest Monastery) - The hike which is all the way uphill takes about 2 /3 hours one way through pine forests. Afternoon at leisure for go for shopping in the market. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 7

Haa excursion

DAY 07 Paro – Haa valley Excursion – Paro
Start the day early for a full day excursion to Haa via Chele-la pass (3800Mts / 12465Fts, 65 Kms / 02 to 03Hrs – One way) with packed or early breakfast. Visit Haa Dzong, Lhakhang Karpo, Lhakhang Nagpo, Wangchulo Dzong. Depending on the weather, Road conditions and time Haa excursion could be either taken from Chele-la Pass or from Chozum side one can also opt for going from Chele-la Pass and returning from Chuzom side or vice versa. Evening you drive back to Paro. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 8

Paro to phuentsholing

Paro– Phuentsholing
After breakfast drive to Phuntsholing After breakfast at hotel drive back to Phuentsholing. Enroute stop at Chuzom, the confluence of Paro and Thimpu rivers with three different style of stupas adorn this confluence Drive further through Chapcha and later take glimpse of famous Chukha Dam and the magnificent Vince waterfall before Gedu town. Upon arrival proceed for check in at hotel. The evening is free for leisure and shopping.

Day 9

Phuentsholing -bagdogra

DAY 9 Phuentsholing – Njp Railway Station /Bagdogra Airport
After breakfast, Drive to Njp Railway Station / Bagdogra (IXB) Airport (165 Kms, 03 to 04 Hrs) the services end. One can take their onward connection.
