Day 1

Arrival In Guwahati (assam) – Shillong (meghalaya) [100 Km]

Arrive at Guwahati airport/railway station.
Visit Kamakhya Temple (optional).
Drive to Shillong, en route visit Umiam Lake.
Evening at leisure around Police Bazar.

Activities : Sightseeing
Day 2

Shillong – Cherrapunji – Shillong [110 Km]

Nohkalikai Falls Elephant Falls Shillong Peak

Visit Elephant Falls and Shillong Peak.
Drive to Cherrapunji (one of the wettest places on Earth).
Explore Nohkalikai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls, Mawsmai Cave, and Dainthlen Falls.
Return to Shillong.

Day 3

Shillong – Kaziranga National Park (assam) [250 Km]

Drive to Kaziranga National Park.
Evening at leisure or explore nearby tea gardens.

Activities : Jungle Safari
Day 4

Kaziranga – Dirang (arunachal Pradesh) [280 Km]

Early morning Jeep Safari / Elephant Safari in Kaziranga.
Drive to Dirang. Visit Tippi Orchidarium en route.
Visit Dirang Dzong and hot water springs.

Activities : Jeep Safari , Elephant Safari
Day 5

Dirang – Tawang [140 Km]

En route visit Sela Pass (13,700 ft) and Jaswant Garh War Memorial.
Stop at Nuranang Waterfalls.
Reach Tawang and explore the local market.

Tawang Sightseeing

Tawang Monastery

Visit Tawang Monastery (largest in India).
Explore Tawang War Memorial and Pangateng Tso (PT Tso) Lake.
Drive to Bum La Pass (requires a permit, Indo-China border).

Tawang – Bomdila [180 Km]

Return journey towards Bomdila.
Visit Bomdila Monastery and Viewpoints.
