Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 Kilimanjaro International Airport >> Arusha

On arrival at the airport after customs and immigration formalities you will be met by your driver who will transfer you to Arusha for overnight stay. Overnight - Mid-range accommodations. Full board.

Day 2 Arusha >> Tarangire National Park.

Tarangire National ParkGame DriveTarangire National Park

After breakfast you will be met by one staff from our office for short briefing of the safari before heading off to Tarangire National Park for game drive with your lunch boxes to be served inside the park, later on drive to your lodge for leisure. Overnight - Mid-range accommodations. Full board.

Day 3 Lake Manyara National Park.

Game DriveLake Manyara National Park

After breakfast collect your lunch box and drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a game drive or you can opt to do cultural tour at Mto wa Mbu town instead of Manyara park tour, this Town have almost all the tribes from East Africa so you have a lot to learn, later drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area where on arrival you will be dropped at your lodge for the evening leisure. Day 4 Ngorongoro Conservation Area >> Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National ParkGame Drive

Collect your breakfast and lunch boxes then drive to crater gate where you descend for a wonderful game viewing with your picnic boxes to be served inside , afternoon ascend from the crater and drive to Serengeti National Park (With an option of visiting Masai Boma), on arrival at Naabi Hill gate enjoy your evening game drive en route to your camp for leisure. Overnight - Mid-range accommodations. Full board.

Game Drive

1. Bookings & Payments
– A deposit is required to confirm bookings.
– Full payment is due before the start of the safari.
– Payments can be made via bank transfer or other agreed methods.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
– Cancellations must be made in writing.
– Refunds depend on the timing of cancellation and third-party supplier terms.
– Non-refundable costs may apply (e.g., park fees, flight bookings).
3. Travel Insurance
Clients are strongly advised to obtain personal travel insurance covering medical, trip cancellation, and lost luggage. NOTE THE MEDICAL EMERGENCY INSURANCE(FLYING DOCTORS) IS COMPULSORY FOR EVERY TOURIST DURING THE SAFARI PERIOD.
4. Changes to Itineraries
Onyesha-Expeditions reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, safety, or operational concerns, while ensuring a similar standard of service.
5. Liability
Onyesha-Expeditions is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage during the tour unless caused by proven negligence.
6. Website Use

7. Jurisdiction

Payment Terms & Methods :

* 25% Advance Percentage of total booking amount
* Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
* Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
