• We would like to bring to your attention that The Tourism Dirham Fee shall be charged for every


• stay, on every room. As per the regulation, passenger will have to pay the fee directly at the


• hotel at the time of check-in.

• ü 2* , 3* & 4* Hotel @ AED 10/- & AED 20/- per room per night


• ü 5* Hotel @ AED 20/- per room per night


• Standard check-in time: 14:00 HRS / Standard check-out time: 12:00 HRS. Early check-in/Late


• check-out will be subject to availability of Hotel & charges applicable.


• We reserve right to make any change in scheduled timing as per the availability, we are not


• liable to pay any extra cost if any objection by the guest or Travel Agent


• All SIC or PVT excursions plan should be informed to guest as per Butterfly Tourism, if there is any miscommunication, Butterfly Tourism reserve right to provide services as per availability or put in NO SHOW

Cancellation Policy:

• ü No charge will be debited for reservations cancelled with 7days notification prior to guest arrival.


• ü In the event of cancellation within 7days of arrival, or in the event of a guest’s no-show, a one night charge will be debited as per rates.

Payment Policy:

• ü All payment has to directly credited to our bank account. 50% Advance


• to confirm Booking. Rest 50 % to be paid 48 hours prior to travel date.


• Proof of payment to be made 48 hours prior to travelling date in order to


• avoid cancellation charges.
