Day wise Itinerary

Day 1

Arrive Cochin – Munnar (4.5hrs Drive

Upon your arrival at Cochin airport/railway station you will be met by our executive who will introduce the driver to you. Later take a drive toward Munnar, after your arrival in Munnar you can explore the area near by your hotel by foot and you can spend the remaining at leisure by enjoying the wonderful climate there. Overnight stay in Munnar.
Day 2

Munnar Sightseeing

Full day sightseeing tour in Munnar to visit: Eravikulam National Park, Tea Museum (Closed on Mondays), Mattupetty Dam, Echo point. Evening free to explore the local markets OR option to take Ayurvedic massage on your own. Overnight stay in Munnar

Day 3

Munnar – Thekkady (periyar) (4hrs Drive)

Morning drive to Periyar which is famous for its wildlife sanctuary and for a large variety of spices found here. On reaching there, check into the hotel and later OPTION to go for elephant ride and spice tour, boat ride. In the evening free to explore the spice market. Overnight stay at the hotel in Periyar.

Day 4

Thekkady – Kumarakom (4hrs Drive)

Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary

After breakfast drive to Kumarakom - a group of little islands on the Vembanad Lake (longest Lake of India) in Kerala. Check into the lovely backwater facing resort and relax. If interested visit Kumarakom bird sanctuary or option to take Ayurvedic Massage on your own. Later explore the town and local culture and activities. Overnight stay in Kumarakom.

Day 5

Kumarakom – Alleppey (houseboat) (1hr Drive):

Today around midday you will get transferred to a houseboat in the Alleppey backwaters area. You will embark on this fascinating journey around 12 noon and after a brief break for lunch you will be sailing till the sun sets and the houseboat will be parked in a scenic place where you will be spending the night. You will be served with delicious Kerala meal on full board. Overnight stay in the houseboat.

Day 6

Alleppey – Cochin Departure (2.5hrs Drive)

Today disembark from the houseboat at 9AM and drive to Cochin for a half day sightseeing tour in Fort Cochin area and shopping in MG Road. Later you will be transferred to the airport/railway station as per the schedule for your onward journey with wonderful memories of the tour
