Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival in Delhi

  The tour driver will pick you from the airport or your chosen spot in Delhi/ NCR. Then you will be transferred to a good centrally located hotel in the capital. Start your Delhi sightseeing tour with a visit to some of the popular spots in old Delhi such as Humayun’s Tomb, Qutab Minar, and Red Fort. After you are done with sightseeing, enjoy a meal of your favorite cuisine at any of the popular eating joints in the capital Overnight stay is in a hotel in Delhi.

• Day 2 : Delhi sightseeing

  Today after breakfast, you will proceed again for some amazing sightseeing. Visit well- known tourist attractions such as Jama Masjid, Birla Temple, and Raj Ghat. Drive past Red Fort, India gate, Parliament House, and other key Govt buildings. If you have time on hand you can also visit Bangla Sahib Gurudwara. Overnight stay is in a hotel in Delhi.

• Day 3 : Delhi to Jaipur (281 km)

  In the morning, the tour driver will take you to Jaipur in a pre-booked A/C vehicle. It takes less than 5 hours to reach Jaipur. In Jaipur, you will first visit the Hawa Mahal. The pink-colored place was built so that royal women could see things outside the palace without being seen. Then you can visit other key attractions in Jaipur such as City Palace, Jantar Mantar, etc. Retire back to the hotel and enjoy a lovely dance and music evening. • Day 4 : Jaipur Sightseeing and Transfer to Agra

  In the morning again you will step out for some sightseeing in Jaipur city. Visit Amer Fort that offers a birds-eye view of the entire city. It is a brilliant monument. You can book an elephant safari till the entrance of the fort. Now you will leave for Agra city. On the way to Agra, you can take a small break at Fatehpur Sikri- this city is referred to as the city of ruins. It was built by Akbar to commemorate his win over Gujarat. In Fatehpur Sikri, you can visit the Tomb of Salim Chisti and Buland Darwaza. Once you reach Agra you will check-into a hotel close to Taj. Govt Approved tour guide will take you for a sightseeing tour of the Taj Mahal. Taj Mahal is a wonderful monument made by Shah Jahan in remembrance of his wife, Mumtaz Mahal. • Day 5 : Agra sightseeing

Then you can visit the Tomb of Itimad- ud Daulah. Visit Mehtab Bagh for a sunset view of the Taj Mahal. Overnight stay is in a hotel in Agra.

• Day 6 : Agra to Khajuraho

  In the morning the tour driver will transfer you to the railway station where you will board a train for Jhansi. On reaching Jhansi you will be taken to Khajuraho in a private A/C taxi. On the way, you can stop at Orchha. Khajuraho is recognized for its ancient Jain and Hindu temples. The exotic sculptures which you get to see in these temples will leave you fascinated. Visit Kandariya Mahadev Temple is the largest ornate Hindu temple. Overnight stay is in a hotel in Khajuraho.

• Day 7 : Khajuraho sightseeing and transfer to Varanasi

  In the morning the Govt approved tour guide will again take you for the sightseeing tour of the city. Visit the well known Lakshmana Temple. This is a 10th-century temple made by Hindu ruler Yashovarman. Other main temples that you must visit in Khajuraho are Devi Jagadambi Temple, Parshvanatha Temple, Chaturbhuj Temple, etc. In the afternoon you will be taken to the airport to board a flight for Varanasi. On reaching Varanasi visit the Sarnath Temple. This is the place where Gautam Budha gave his first sermon after getting enlightened. In the evening you can go for a boat ride in the Ganges. Overnight stay is in Varanasi.
