Hyderabad - A City Of History & Ramoji Tour

Report at H.Nizamuddin Railway station at 2150 hrs to Board Dakshin Express scheduled to depart at 2250 hrs for Hyderabad. Overnight jurney by the train.

Day in the Train

Arrive Secunderabad JN Railway Station at 05:00 hrs. Board the coach to transfer to the Hotel to check in. After lunch depart for the sightseeing of Hyderabad city visiting Charminar, Mecca Masjid it is made out of single slabs of granite brought from a stone quarry, 11 km north of Charminar & pulled by 1400 bullocks etc. Then proceed to Golconda fort (Golconda include its system of acoustics, where by a clapping of hands at the entry gate can be heard at the top of the fort some 61 meters high. After breakfast visit Ramoji Film City, the largest Film City in the World. (It is one of the world’s largest, most comprehensive & professionally planned film production centers. Professional designers, Landscapists & Architects worked on this vast 2000 acres complex of Studios, Gardens, Hotels, Multi-storied buildings & special structures of all kinds which is really an example of manmade wonder. A technically equipped and most preferred studio by Hollywood where one can get the chance to see live shooting). Lunch. Return back to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast visit the Nehru Zoological Park (A very fine zoo spread over 320 acres & housing over 3000 animals & birds. It also houses a natural history museum & a pre - historic Animal Park). After noon visit for Salarjung Museum (It is the largest one-man collection of antiques in the world. Thirty five rooms house 35000 exhibits, some rare paintings, statues, Jwellery, armour, precious stones, Chinese porcelain etc. The ivory chairs & turban of Tipu Sultan, Aurangzeb’s sword etc. are some of the prized collection of this museum). And then shop for some mementoes. In the evening transfer to the Hyderabad Decan Railway station to board Nizamuddin Express scheduled at 2125 hrs. Overnight journey by the train.
