Indrahar Pass Trek Itinerary Tour

On the first morning of the Indrahar Pass Trek, we leave from the markets of Mcleodganj, pass through the quaint village of Dharamkot and after the Gallu Devi temple, walk through forests of Oak, Deodhar and Rhododendron. A relatively easy ascent, the last stretch of this day is a little steep. But just about when you start wondering how long this ascent will last, the Triund plateau catches you off-guard and the view overwhelms you so much that you forget even the thought of fatigue that you had a minute ago. Spend the night gazing into the stars by a warm campfire. Dinner included.

On the second day of the Indrahar Pass Trek, wake up above the clouds as you begin ascending towards the Snowline Café. From there it is a descent till the Laka Got, a grazing ground nestled between the mountains. Walk around this meadow and take in the spectacular view. A steep climb will take you to the Lahesh caves where you will spend the night before you begin ascending to summit the following day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included.

.On the third day of the Indrahar pass trek, we begin early morning to traverse the toughest but most rewarding part of the trek. Depending on the time of the year, there maybe ice or snow on this stretch for a few hours before making it to the pass. After the monsoons, the snow melts away and there is a rocky path leading to the pass. At summit, soak in the unbelievable views of the Pir Panjal range in the north and the Mani Mahesh Kailash in the east. As the day progresses, the weather becomes unpredictable. So after a small halt at the pass, we begin descending back to the Laka Got. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included.

the last day of the Indrahar Pass Trek, we retrace our path back to Mcleodganj where this amazing trek will come to an end. Breakfast included. We can arrange a room at Pink House – one of the best Mcleodganj hotels if required one day before / after the trek.
