Back to Phuentsholing and next day to Bagdogra
Day1. Arrival Bagdogra, West Bengal drive to Phuntsholing (175 km, approx. 4:30 hour)
Your journey to Bhutan begins by reaching to Bagdogra, West Bengal. After collection of baggage, you will meet our Indian representative, who will take a 4:30 hour drive towards the Phuntsholing, Border Town and drop you in Hotel.
Evening at leisure. Overnight hotel at Phuntsholing.

Day2. Drive to Thimphu (148 km, approx. 4:30 hour)
After breakfast, our representative will process permit and complete immigration formalities and will take a 4:30-hour leisurely drive towards the Capital of Bhutan, Thimphu (Altitude 7,658 feet above sea level).
Lunch will be served on the way to Thimphu. On the way visit Kharbandi Gompa, and enjoy the Waterfall while passing.
Rest and altitude acclimatization, we suggest you to bring the basic tablets for headache and bowl moments caused by low temperature and altitude sickness.
Evening visit to Buddha Dordenma, a gigantic Shakyamuni Buddha statue, one of the most visited site at Thimphu, Postal Museum (Post office) and Tashichoe Dzong .
In the evening you can go around Handicrafts. And Centenary Farm (Khaja Throm).

Day 3. Thimphu sightseeing and drive to Punakha (84km, approx. 2 hours)
After breakfast
1. Visit to the famous Memorial Chorten and Changkha Lhakhang
Build in memory of Third King of Bhutan, Jigme Dorji Wangchuck (1928-72), it contains a fine collection of Buddhist statues and is a center of Tantric Buddhism.
2. Visit to Folk Heritage Museum
Founded by Her Majesty the Queen Ashi Dorje Wangchuck. Its function is to connect the Bhutanese people to their rural past through the exhibition of items and artifacts used in rural households and the demonstration of rural customs, traditions, and skills. The museum building, itself an interesting artifact, is a traditional, rammed mud-and-timber house. It contains everyday household objects and traditional domestic tools still used by rural Bhutanese families.
3. Visit Takin Zoo
After lunch drive to Punakha enroute Dochula Pass and Monastery.
Dochu La MonasteryAlso known as Druk Wangyal Khangzang Chorten, pays tribute to the service and leadership of the king. The design is a cluster of 108 chortens.From here, get magnificent views of the Himalayan range. Then drive to paro.
Drop to hotel at Punakha and evening at leisure.

Day 4. Punakha Sightseeing and Drive to Paro (130 km, approx. 3:30 hour)
1. Visit Punakha Dzong
The beautiful Bhutanese architecture armed by the Pho Chu and Mo Chu rivers, serving as the religious and administrative center of Bhutan until the mid-1950s.
2. Visit to suspension bridge
The longest suspension bridge in Bhutan.
3. Visit Chimi Lhakhang
A temple dedicated to the Devine Madman and now a sacred place where women pray for children.
4. Namgay Artisanal Brewery: is at Dumsibu, Paro Bhutan with six types of beer and Apple cider in their brewery.
Evening you can go around town.

Day 5. Hike to Tiger’s Nest
Our day begins with an early breakfast, sustenance for a pony trek this morning to view one of Bhutan’s most revered Buddhist pilgrimage sites, Taktshang Lhakhang, locally known as Tiger’s Nest Monastery (altitude: 10,433 feet).
We stop at the Cafeteria, about halfway to the monastery, for wonderful views and for tea & snacks.
On our return, we again stop at the Cafeteria, this time for lunch.
After some rest time, descend to Ramthanka base and drive back to the hotel.

Day 6. Paro Sightseeing and Drive towards Phuntsholing (145km, approx. 4:30 hours)
1. Visit to National Museum
Located in Paro Dzong’s 17th-century watchtower. The building itself boasts an unusual shape said to resemble a conch shell.
See a fine collection of old paintings and textiles, ancient weapons, and Bhutanese artifacts.
2. Visit to Paro Dzong
Also called Rinpung Dzong, the Fortress of a Heap of Jewels. This is without doubt one of the kingdom’s finest examples of traditional Bhutanese architecture.
Cross a nearby traditional wooden bridge called Nyamai-Zam, which spans the Paro River. In times of war, the bridge would be removed to protect the dzong from Bhutan’s enemies.
After lunch drive to Phuntsholing.
