After that visit the Gelug-pa monastery, erected as a fortress on the summit of crags and also visit Hall Of Fame lies near Leh. In the afternoon, you will be visiting the Shankar Gompa, situated at an aloofness of approximately 3 km from the town of Leh. And then in the evening stroll towards market, Namgyal hill Lhasa’s Potala Palace.

Afte breakfast, get driven to Khardung La (The Highest Motorable Road in The World) at 5,602 Mtrs.

From the pass, one can see all the way south over the Indus valley to seemingly endless peaks and ridges of the Zanskar range, and north to the giants of the Karakoram Range. The views from the top of the pass are extremely incredible. Return to the hotel on time for lunch. In the afternoon you can stroll around the market place for some last minute souvenir shopping.
