Day 1

Arrival at Leh & transfer to Hotel

On arrival at Kushok Bakula airport Leh (3500m) airport meet with our representative waiting for you and you will be transferred to Hotel. Today, full day for acclimatization. Dinner and Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 2

Leh sightseeing (By 07 Bike)

Leh Palace

Today after breakfast drive to west of Leh to visit the magnificent miniature paintings Alchi Monastery dating back to 990 AD. On the way visit Magnetic Hill which defies gravity, Indus & Zanskar River Sangam. Later visit Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace, River Sangam. On the way back visit Military Hall of Fame. Dinner & overnight at hotel in Leh.

Day 3

Leh – Pangong via Shey -Thiksey

Pangong Lake

Today morning after breakfast drive to Pangong Lake visiting, Shey Palace complex are structures located on a hillock in Shey, 15 kilometers to the south of Leh Ladakh, Shey was the summer capital of Ladakh in the past & Thiksey monastery. Arrive at Pangong in camp & leisure at Pangong Lake. Pangong Lake, situated at 14,000 feet, is bisected by the international border between India and China. Evening Dinner and Overnight stay at Hotel in Pangong.

Day 4

Pangong To Leh via Hemis Monestary

Today morning after breakfast, early departure from Pangong to Ladakh by visiting Hemis on the way.
Hemis is the world’s wealthiest monestary. Arriva Ladakh and check into hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Pangong.

Day 5

Leh- Nubra via Khardung La Top (116kms/ 03 hrs approx.)

Today after breakfast drive to Nubra Valley. The road journey from Leh to Nubra Valley passes over Khardung La (The Highest Motorable road in the world) AT 5,602 M / 18,390 FT, around 39 km from Leh. From the pass, onecan see all the way south over the Indus valley to seemingly endless peaks and ridges of the Zanskar range, and north to the giants of the Saser massif. Nubra Valley is popularly known as Ldumra or the valley of flowers. It is situated in the north of Ladakh between the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges of the Himalayas. The average altitude of the valley is 10,000 Ft. above sea level, upon arrival in Nubra check into Camp, In the evening, walk around the tiny villages to see how the locals live in this part of the world. Dinner and Overnight stay in Nubra.

Day 6

Nubra- Leh via Diskit Excursion

Today after breakfast drive to Diskit. Diskit is famous for 515 years old Buddhist Monastery, lying magnificently situated on a hilltop, facing the entire Valley. Later drive back to Leh in the late afternoon via Khardungla Top, on arrival at Leh. In the afternoon you can rest and relax. In the evening you can stroll around the market place for some last minute souvenir shopping. Dinner and Overnight stay at the hotel in Leh.

Day 7

Departure

Today after breakfast check out from hotel and drive towards Airport. Board your flight back to Jaipur.

In case of unavailability in any of above hotels, accommodation will be provided in alternate hotel.

Please consult driver / local representative for next day’s sightseeing schedule / Transfers timings. If any passenger fails to follow timings given to him, then he may miss that particular sightseeing / transfers and Vyas Travels will not be responsible to arrange the same. He / She Needs to arrange the same on direct payment basis.

It is mandatory to carry photo ID card (except Pan Card) while you are on tour.

Extra mattress is considered as an extra bed in hotels. There will be extra charges for extra bed or three bedded room.

Vyas Vacations shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to strikes, landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions, government enforcements or any unforeseen circumstances which are beyond our control. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the cost and directly payable.

Payment policies:-

Initial Booking Amount - 40% of the total booking amount.

Balance payment has to clear at the time of starting of tour.

For bookings less than 15 days prior to date of departure, full money is to be paid at the time of booking.

If tour starting destination is other then Delhi or Shimla, the balance amount should be deposit in the company’s account before 05 days from starting of your tour.

Invoice will be issued on the same day after the deposit of booking amount.

Hotel Vouchers will be issued within 10 days after deposit of booking amount.

Taxi & Driver details would be issued 1 day prior to date of departure.

Kindly deposit the 40% of total tour cost in below mentioned accounts detail to book the tour.

When Cancellation is made:-

30 – 25 Days more prior to the operation of the booked tour 50% of total tour cost

24 – 15 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 75% of total tour cost

14 – 00 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 100% of total tour cost

All cancellation charges will be furthermost subject to the consideration of those engaged in arranging the itinerary. We will use all our powers to erase the cancellation charges and negotiate for the lowest possible charges.
