Enjoy a most challenging and adventure day ride to Hebisa valley under Wangdiphodrang district via Dochu La Pass, which is located 95Km away from capital city of Thimphu, Bhutan with 3-4 hour ride (oneway) The road until half way of Gaselo School is fine paved road and after crossing Gaselo, the road descend down following totally off road until we reach basochu village and one of the remote country side in Wangdiphodrang district. Along the ride, you will come across with lots of flora and fauna. The Motorcycle ride across basochu valley passes through jungle road and scattered villages with beautiful paddy field along the road side with glacier stream passing through which generates 64MW electricity. If you are interested for an overnight camping at basochu valley then it’s a best spot for campfire with local barbecue as well. Morning, if you take about one hour ride then you will reach Tiger’s Nest base which is just 65Km away from Thimphu. Paro is a beautiful rich valley with so many historical monuments background including world famous temple, the Tiger’s Nest or “Taktshang” which is located at an elevation of 10,000 ft overlooking paro valley. It is a 45 minutes ride to Dochu La, adjacent to the Royal Botanical Park and the Dochu La Pass is a temple on the road Thimphu to Punakha where 108 memorial stupas known as Druk Wangyal Chorten have been built by Her Majesty Ashi Dorji Wangmo Wangchuck, the eldest Queen Mother of Bhutan. During the clear weather from Dochu La pass one can able to witness of the great view of Himalayan ranges.

Ride on two wheeler to Punakha valley, the olden capital city of Bhutan which is 78 Km away from Thimphu and hardly takes about 3 hour ride one-way. Enroute to Dochu La Pass(10,200ft) Stop for a mesmerizing Punakha fortress which was built in 1637-1638 by Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyal and considered to be one of the second oldest and second largest fortress in the country with its unique structure facing Po Chu & Mo Chu river(male & female)

Take a round trip ride to Haa valley via Paro crossing Pele La Pass(3988M) which is 115Km and take about 3 hours ride each way. The road from Thimphu follows southward until we reach Chuzom (confluence / junction) which separates route between Haa, Phuntsholing and Paro. After crossing Chunzom, you will ride on single lane road until reaching Paro valley. Haa valley also known as best spot for brown and rainbow trout angling and overnight camping spot as well.
