After breakfast at the homestay, you will be taken for the village tour along with a guide and later to the paddy field/terrace cultivation tour and nature walks. Post that, start your journey to explore a nearby village, Dzuleke, where Nature is unperturbed and abundant. With just under 35 households, scattered around lush greens and magnificent hills in the background, and a river flowing through the village, Dzuleke has an incredible lot to offer. Have your lunch here at the river side, and spend some time relaxing listening to the sound of flowing waters of the river and soaking the vibe of forests. By evening, return back to the homestay in Khonoma.

Post breakfast, check out from the homestay and move towards Jotsoma village. On this day go for a hike to Mt. Puliebadze which is at an elevation of 2300m and offers an incredible view of
Kohima city and the surrounding mountain ranges including Mt. Japfu which is the second highest peak of Nagaland. The ascent is gradual with stairs being present through most of the way taking around 30 minutes to one hour to reach to the top. After spending some time
admiring the views and soaking in the vibes, start your return trek. Later you will be transferred to the homestay in Kigwema village, 10 kms. ahead of Kohima town. Evening is at leisure.

After a good breakfast, start your journey towards the trekking point of Dzukou valley. Our cab will drop you till the last motorable road. A guide and a potter will be alongside to assist you during the trek. On reaching, treat yourself with some hot Maggi and tea while soaking up the mesmerizing views of the valley. In the evening warm yourself near the campfire and hear stories of the valley and have a conversation with fellow travelers. Spend a network-less night camping under the canopy of shooting stars.

In the morning explore the valley and trek till the Cross point. After spending some time exploring and roaming around, start your return trek. Cab will be waiting to pick you up after the trek. Return to the homestay in Kigwema. After dinner, spend the night at the homestay.

After breakfast, check out from the homestay and go for a tour and heritage walk of the Kigwema village and get a chance to interact with the local indigenous people and later head to Naga heritage village, Kisama, venue of the annual Hornbill festival. Explore the traditional homes, cultures & stories of different tribes of Nagaland here. After spending some time, move towards Kohima to explore the town. Explore various places like Kohima cathedral, Kohima view point, Kohima war cemetery, markets etc.. Later start your journey to Dimapur. After reaching, check-in at the hotel.

After a good breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Kachari Ruins to see the remnants of the ancient Kachari Kingdom which ruled Dimapur before the 13th century. Later head to Dimapur airport/railway station to catch your flight/train back. You would prefer staying back in
Nagaland but please do get on the flight cherishing the moments made in these beautiful places and promising that you will be back soon for more of these beautiful moments :)
