Day 1 : Arrival Medan – Bahorok
Upon arrival in New Medan Airport (Kuala Namu Airport), meet your guide then directly depart for Bohorok, located at southern part of Gunung Leuser National Park. Drive for about 4 hours on bumpy road from Medan, capital of North Sumatra. En-route passing through several small towns followed by vast view of rubber and oil palm plantation and some countryside landscapes. Check in at Bukit Lawang Eco lodge or similar.
Day 2 : Bahorok Exploring – Medan – Berastagi
After breakfast then walking through the bank of the river and crossing the river, walking up the jungle in search of the Orangutan. Continue trekking through the Leuser National Park. Walking around Leuser National Park is the time to experience many kind of flora and fauna as well enjoy the song of birds and Siamang "The Black Gibbon". At the appropriate time, drive to Brastagi. We will need about 6 hrs more or less to reach Berastagi. Berastagi, a midsize and cool town on the highland of Karo. Berastagi is an ideal place for refreshing / relax. This town is surrounded by towering mountains and small Karonese village where the local grows fruits and vegetables. In Berastagi, we will be visiting local market at Berastagi where locals sell and buy fruits, flowers, and vegetables which are plenty on the vicinity of the town. Overnight at hotel.
Day 3 : SIBAYAK VOLCANO SUNRISE TREKKING – BERASTAGI – PARAPAT – SAMOSIR
Early morning climb up Sibayak volcano. Descend to the volcano base and take the opportunity to relax in the hot springs. After lunch embark on the picturesque journey through pine forest, terraced plantations and verdant meadows. The fruit and vegetable market is a perfect mirror to observe the abundance amount of the highland farm product. In this place you possible to see the traditional houses, with stop at the magnificent Sipiso Piso waterfall, Rumah Bolon (Long House) the old Palace of Batak Simalungun King and Hillpark Sibolangit en route. Afternoon arrive in Parapat direct cruise on Lake Toba to the island for overnight stay in the quiet town of Tuk Tuk. On arrival direct check-in to hotel
Day 4 : Samosir – Excursion – Medan
Breakfast at the hotel. Tour by car. Ambarita visit the villages where you can see the ancient megalithic structures, among them the so-called "table cannibal”. The village was an important meeting place for Sialagana King, who as king, rescued her and restored order in all the villages and villages Simanindo, which ends at the North end of the island and is known as one of the best villages with traditional houses of Batak Toba.
