Day 1 : Arrival Medan – Tangkahan North Sumatera
Upon your arrival in Medan airport, the main city in Northern Sumatra, your guide will meet you then drive to Tangkahan Jungle, a hidden beautifully remote jungle settlement on the edge of Gunung Leuser National Park. As the jungle is Previously the area was logged and poachers hunted the animals now, 7 elephants were used to patrol the forest to keep illegal loggers and poachers out. Activities to support the elephants as the guard of the jungle, you could bathing the elephant or taking a ride on elephant
Day 2 : Tangkahan Jungle-bukit Lawang North Sumatera
It’s the time with the biggest mammal in the world. You will follow one hour elephant riding through the forest path. After the riding, you will join and help mahouts bathe the elephants in the river. You are allowed to scrub and wash them. Also chance for you to hand feed the elephants. Then off road with local jeep to Bukit Lawang, a small tourist village situated on the other side of Gunung Leuser National Park. The jeep trip takes about 3 hours passing by oilpalm plantation tracks and rural areas. A bit bumpy drive Arrive in Bukit Lawang, free for your own time. Enjoy the scenery from the veranda of your hotel room.
Day 3 : Orang Utan & Jungle Trek 5 Hrs – Tubing – Berastagi North Sumatera
Your activities today, visit the feeding platform of orangutans. Afterwards, you will follow a 5-6 hours jungle walk to experience the rainforest. It is not a flat walk but involves some ups and downs. A bit hard with great experience. You have a big chance to see gibbons, Thomas leaf monkeys, longtail and pigtail macagues, flying squirrels, Sumatra peacocks and hornbills. Jungle trek ends by the river side from where you start your tubing experience. You will float down the river on car tubes about 20 minutes till your accomodation.
Day 4 : Berastagi – Lake Toba – Boat to Samosir Island North Sumatera
Scenic drive to lake Toba, one of the deepest and largest crater lake in the world with stop at Dokan, a small Batak Karo village with a number of traditional houses still inhabited by eight families each. Visit picturesque Sipiso piso waterfalls that plunge from height 120 meters. Proceed to Pematang Purba to see wooden palace (Rumah Bolon) of the former king Batak Simalungun. Enroute stop at SimarjarunjunAg for magnificent view of lake Toba. Somewhere afternoon you arrive in Parapat, the main tourist resort which lies on the very shore of lake Toba. From here you cross the lake by boat on about 45 minutes to Samosir, a volcanic island in the middle of lake Toba.
Day 5 : Samosir Tour North Sumatera
Explore Samosir island by car. You will Visit Ambarita, Samosir’s most interesting Batak Toba village. Ambarita is known for its unique ancient courtyard, made up of stone chairs and tables. This courtyard served as a court of justice. Visit the home of king Sidauruk in Simanindo village and witness Batak Toba folkdance called Tor tor performed by the villagers. Here you can also visit a museum built in typical Batak style. The last visit to Tomok village, witnessing a very old nicely decorated sarcophagus, the old tomb of king Sidabutar.
Day 6 : Samosir Island –parapat – Medan – Jogjakarta Central Java
Across back the lake by boat about to Parapat. Then drive to airport for your flight to Yogjakarta via Jakarta, Most of views enroute are oilpalm plantation, rubber and cocoa. Upon arrival in Jogjakarta, meeting with your guide then transfer to hotel. stay overnight.
Day 7 : Jogjakarta Tour Central Java
Your first morning visit is Borobudur temple, a Buddhist temple which is built in 824 A.D by the King of Syailendra dynasty. The Temple itself is mostly used for worship by pilgrim as well as celebration of Waisak day by the Buddhist, you will visit small temple surrounded, Pawon temple and Mendut Temple. By traditional horse cart, your guide will lead you for Village tour in the vicinity of Borobudur.
Day 8 : Jogjakarta Tour Central Java
Today you will have Yogyakarta city tour by visiting of Sultan’s Palace where the Javanese culture and tradition strongly flourished, then continue to Tamansari ruin water castle, which was a recreation garden or a resting house of the Sultan and family as well as a hiding place for royal family to defend against the enemy assault. Drive to Prambanan temple, the charming Hindu temple, and visit also to plaosan Temple.
Day 9 : Jogjakarta- Mojokerto By Train – Mt Bromo Area East Javas
By using morning train, you will leave Central Java to East Java, you will arrive in Mojokerto, small city which you will continue your trip by vehicle to reach Mount Bromo Area. You will arrive late afternoon.
Day 10 : Mt Bromo Area – Surabaya Airport – Bali
Early wake up at 3.45… by using 4WD jeep, drive up to Mt. Pananjakan located 2700m above sea level ,the highest view point to see sunrise and magnificent mountain scenary of surrounding Mount. Bromo and Mount. Semeru , you will enjoy the spectacular and unforgettable experience to witness the sunrise coming up between the most beautiful mountain landscape. Drive through step rock down hill to the caldera passing the only Hindu temple built on sand sea, riding horse and climbing up to crater of Mt. Bromo. You will reach Surabaya airport for your flight to Bali in the afternoon.
Day 11 : Dintor – Denge – Warebo -ruteng Flores
You will Start your day by visiting Goa Gajah (Elephant Cave), a Hindu meditation center dating back to the XI th Century, then continue to Tampak Siring for Tirta empul Temple, a Hindu Temple located in a valley between two hills with big springs and sacred by the local residents as a place to melt all the bad influences in the body and purifies the soul and mind then driver forward to Kintamani Village, where the mount Batur is located, today you will also visit the Mother temple in Besakih village, the biggest Hindu Temple in Bali.
Day 12 : Bali
Today, your destination is Bedugul Village, Air fresh area where you could see local people selling vegetable and fruits at local market, Visit the Ulun Danu Temple, situated on the clear Water lake, This place is also one of the Icon of Bali. Afterwards, you will visit Jatiluwih village, the oldest rice Terrace in Bali and noted as one of the world heritage by Unesco…having soft walking surround the rice field would be on of the unforgatable experience. The next village is Mengwi , visit the Royal Temple of Mengwi (Taman Ayun) which surrounded by beautiful classical lagoon, Your last visit today is the remarkable temple of Tanah Lot, a great floating temple. This rocky temple was built in 16th century on huge rock on it is surrounded by the sea during hide tides.
Day 13 : Bali Beach Holiday
After having a great journey, you will come to the end of your trip…relax on one of the best beach in Bali before going home…
Day 14 : Bali – Transfer Out
Come to the end of your trip in Indonesia, you still have last minute in Bali before be transferred to airport for your flight home.
