Arrival and car transfer to Hotel

Notes:
• Room Category in all the Package is the Base Category.
• Vehicle will be given Point to Point as per Itinerary & not on Disposal Basis.
• Food service at respective hotels depends on hotel occupancy. In the case of low occupancy, a Set Menu for the fixed price will be provided by the hotel as per choose food plan.
• In case we are not able to provide the same hotels as mentioned, we shall provide similar alternate hotels; changes in the cost if any will be advised at the time of final confirmation.

Terms and Conditions
• No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
• Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
• No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of the hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on a case by case basis.

PACKAGE POLICIES
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel may charge extra for the same.
• Extra bed rates would be charged with 2 full paying persons in a room. However, in a case of an extra bed request in a single occupancy room, double room rates would be charged.
• The package does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged directly from the guest at the time of check-out from the respective hotel.
• The Delay in flight due to a technical issue or Fog and Strike in Andaman |Explore De Andamans is not held responsible.
