Trek and trail strats from Bakhim passes through magnolia and rhododendron trees- Tshoka a small village - view of Mount Pandim, Aralunchong, Lamba-Lamini, o/n in tent.

Trek from Tshoka to Dzongri approx 5 hrs- we go through dense forest of rhododendrons- 400 floering species- reach Phethang for break - after Phethang further trek we reach Dzongri- o/n in tent

Excursion to Laxmi Pokhari: Early rises can get up to climb to a vantage point on a ridge above the campsire to watch sunrise in Khangchendzonga, Kabru, Pandim, Rathong and may peaks of the Khangchendzonga range - full day excersion to Laxmi Pokhari - o/n in Dzongri.

On this day early morning one can savor views of the mountain peaks by climbing upto Dzongri top - from here you can get a panaromic view of Kabru (7353M), Ratong (6678 M), Kanchenjanga (8534 M), Koktang (6147 M), Pandim (6691 M), Narsingh (5825 M)- towards west the Singalila Ridge - o/n stay.

Now we will be retracing our steps as we return downhill to Yuksom - it is a steep 4000ft descent and takes about 7 hrs - evening we bid farewell during a gathering with the porters and all the trekking staff - o/n at hotel.
