Flight cancellation policy:
• Cancellation will be as per the airlines cancellation policy
Tour cancellation policy:
• Cancellation charges will be applied as per the cancellation policy below:
• 25% of cost of tour before 40 days or more days of departure:
• 50% of cost of tour before 20 to 39 days of departure:
• 100% of cost of tour before 20 days of departure:
• Cancellation of one member may amount to cancellation of whole tour.
• In case of delay or cancellation of flights/itinerary due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, Tratoli Tours will not be held responsible for refund or compensation of any kind (including curtailment of trip). Tratoli Tours will however try to make the best alternate arrangements and facilitate customers with best services possible. Any additional expense incurred due to such cancellations would have to be borne by the guests.
Terms and Conditions

• Hotel, sightseeing, meals, transfer rate, etc. might change without any prior notice until and unless it been booked / confirmed from your end.
• The change in dates will attract re-quote.
• Normal hotel check-in time is from 2:00 PM onward and check-out time is at 11.00 AM.
• The above cost does not include any kind of surcharge, if applicable during the given travel period.
• At check-in, all guests will be required to present a major Credit Card for incidentals. 'No Show' is subject to full booking charges.
• Quotation might change due to currencies and ROE fluctuation during confirmation and booking process.
• Tratoli Tours will not be liable for any Visa rejections and hotel cancellation policies would still stand as they are.
