Day wise Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival Leh

Arrive Leh, situated at the height of about 3,505 meters above sea level, on arrival meet our representative who will assist you and will transfer you to your hotel. Today all day for acclimatize, Leh is the most beautiful and easily accessible place in Leh Ladakh India. Leh is the most common entry point to Ladakh region. Leh serves as the ideal base to tourists traveling Leh Ladakh India. Leh has a number of beautiful monasteries and historical monuments that are the biggest draw to Leh. The rugged terrain with snow covered mountains in the backdrop under the clean blue-sky form a stunning picture perfect postcard. Leh is an ideal place for trekking and mountaineering. Its beautiful trekking trails and majestic mountains invite an intrepid traveler to explore the barren beauty that lay scattered in and around Leh. Overnight stay hotel.

Day 2

Leh

Today after breakfast you will proceed for a full day visit of the Shey palace, Thiksey & Hemis Monastery. Evening at leisure.Overnight at the hotel

Day 3

Leh - Khardung La Pass - Leh

Today after breakfast drive to North of Leh up to Khardung la Pass, situated at the height of 5570 meters / 18380 ft. Here is supposed to be the highest motorable road in the world. The mountain pass (la means pass in Tibetan) is the gateway to the Nubra Valley and used to lie on the ancient caravan trade route to Central Asia. Afternoon return back to Leh, Evening at leisure, overnight stay hotel.

Day 4

Leh - Pangong - Leh

Pangong Lake

After an early breakfast we Leave for Pangong Lake through Changla pass 5486 Mtrs. Pangong Lake, situated at 14,000 feet (4,267 m). A long narrow basin of inland drainage, hardly six to seven kilometer at its widest point and over 130km long, it is bisected by the international border between India and China. A few years back the government decided to open it to tourists though the lake and its surrounding is under army surveillance. After spending some time at Pangong we drive back to hotel for overnight stay.

Departure At Leh

On time transfer to airport for onwards journey.

 In Case of exceptional circumstances where in we are not in position to provide Hotel mentioned,
we shall offer similar Hotel.
 April & October Month, Pangong Lake Journey will be done in one-day excursion.
 No Refund or Compensation for any unused services / transportation in any circumstance.
 Visit to all Museums in program is subject to their remaining open on day of visit as per rules of
competent authority.
 We will not bear any cost for flight cancelled or delayed due to Bad weather or any other reason
given by the airline. Cost for accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be borne by
passenger.
 In case of increase in Airfare (If included) we shall be duly compensated by actual supplement
cost at time of booking.
 There would be no refund for the road blocks at Nubra Valley | Pangong Lake & Tsomoriri Lake
due to natural calamity. The alternate accommodation Cost at Leh due to the same should be bear
by the passenger directly.
 No changes in the date of travel once booked.
 All Rates & bookings subject to availability.
 Rates are subject to change.
 Room allotment will be as per availability at the time of check in, floor or view preferences are not
guaranteed.
 Food menu as per availability of vegetables based on Buffet | Fixed menus.
 25% advance (Non Refundable) to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation & Balance
75% one month prior to arrival.
 Cost of Child between 5 to 11 Yrs (Without Bed only) & Children above the age of 12 years will be
charged the applicable adult rates & for extra Bed kindly consider the cost of Extra Bed.
 Child below 5 Yrs of age will be complimentary without extra Bed.
 Maximum 6 Pax can be accommodated in one vehicle (Scorpio or Innova Similar).
 Any addition in Tax or Fuel charge done by Airlines / Transport Company etc. will be chargeable
to group members.
 All expenses which are not included in the cost of package shall be paid directly by tourist at the
time of checkout.
 All tourists are advised to take comprehensive Insurance on their own.
 The timings given in itinerary and program may be changed without notice keeping in mind local
development.
 Journey can be arranged from Delhi / Chandigarh / Jammu Railway Station or Airport at Nominal
Extra charges.
 Hotel Accommodation in Delhi | Chandigarh | Manali | Keylong | Jammu | Srinagar can be arranged
on best deals.
 Blocking of Rooms will be hold for period of 07 Days only.
 Tour is organized on the basis final instructions and requirements received from yourselves and
on your own risk and responsibilities.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

15% cancellation charges if cancelled before 30 days before the tour.
 25% cancellation charges if cancelled within a 20 days before the tour.
 50% cancellation charges if cancelled within a 10 days before the tour.
 No refund for tour starting within 15 days of tour or after starting or middle of the tour.
 No Show 100% of tour cost.
 During High peak season period, Hotels Specific Cancellation Policies will be applicable in these
cases the hotels may not refund any amount if the booking is cancelled after issuance of Hotel
Voucher.
 The Process of Refund will take around 60 days to complete & the refund will be paid by Cheque
or credit note only.
