Day 1

Delhi

Arrival on Delhi, on arrival meet & assist, later transfer to Hotel, overnight stay.
Day 2

Rishikesh

Early Morning either drive or take train to Haridwar, on arrival transfer to Rishikesh Ashram, later participate in Ashram activities for next 05 days, as below:-
Day 3

Rishikesh

Yoga Niketan Schedule activities.
Morning Bell - 05.00 hrs

Meditation - 05.30 hrs to 06.30 hrs

Yoga - 07.00 to 8.00 hrs

Break-fast - 08.30 hrs

Library - 09.00 to 11.00 & 14.00 to 15.15 hrs

Lunch - 12.00 hrs

Lecture - 15.15 hrs to 16.00 hrs.

Evening Tea - 16.00 hrs

Yoga - -17.00 to 18.15 hrs

Meditation - 18.30 to 19.30 hrs
Dinner - 20.00 hrs

Musical (holy)- 21.00 to 21.30 hrs.

Note: - Sunday off - no activities in the Ashram – this day full day sightseeing of Rishikesh like –Laxman Temple, Laxman Jhula, Shivananda Ashram, Bharat Temple, evening Ganga Aarti at Trivenighat.

* Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
