Day 1: Arrival and Minneriya National Park Safari

Meet your driver at Bandaranaike Airport and head to Minneriya. In the afternoon, embark on a jeep safari at Minneriya National Park, a dry-season feeding ground for elephants and one of Sri Lanka’s Important Bird Areas. Spend the night in Girithale.

Day 2: Explore Polonnaruwa

After breakfast, drive to Polonnaruwa, the second most ancient of Sri Lanka's kingdoms. Discover the city’s ancient constructions, the Parakrama Samudraya lake, and enjoy the green environment. Continue to Pasikuda for an overnight stay.

Day 3: Relax at Pasikuda Beach

Enjoy a free day at Pasikuda Beach, known for its crystal-clear waters and safe swimming conditions. Spend the night in Pasikuda.

Day 4: Return to Colombo

After breakfast, drive to Colombo, stopping along the way to experience local culture, taste fresh fruits, and take relaxing breaks. In the afternoon, head to the airport or Negombo beach for drop-off.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Experience the thrill of a jeep safari at Minneriya National Park

  The Driver will meet you at the Bandaranaike Airport, then drive to Minneriya. We will take the A6 road via Kurunegala.
  Afternoon Jeep safari at Minneriya National Park is a national park in the North Central Province of Sri Lanka. The area was designated as a national park on 12 August 1997, having been originally declared as a wildlife sanctuary in 1938. The reason for declaring the area as protected is to protect the catchment of the Minneriya tank and the wildlife of the surrounding area. The tank is of historical importance, having been built by King Mahasen in the third century AD. The park is a dry-season feeding ground for the elephant population dwelling in the forests of Matale, Polonnaruwa, and Trincomalee districts. The park earned revenue of Rs. 10.7 million in the six months ending in August 2009.[2] Along with Kaudulla and Girithale, Minneriya forms one of the 70 Important Bird Areas (IBAs) of Sri Lanka

Polonnaruwa is the second largest city in North Central Province, but it is known as one of the cleanest and most beautiful cities in the country.
