Arrive to Albania from Mother Teresa International Airport. Transfer to the hotel in Tirana and overnight.

Travel in the morning towards the medieval town of Kruja situated on the Sari Salltiku mountain. On the way have a stop in Fushe Kruja, a city where president George W Bush came for a visit in 2007, and nowadays there is a square named after him and also a Statue of the president. The city was considered as the capital of Albania in the middle ages and was the seat of National Hero, Skanderbeg. The old bazaar leads up the castle housing the History Museum of Skanderbeg and the Ethnography Museum.
Afterwards proceed to the Northwestern city of Shkodra. Visit the Rozafa castle. Walk along the pedestrian area and visit the St. Steven Cathedral of Shkodra. Overnight in Shkodra.

In the morning proceed the trip towards Koman, where we take the ferry and enjoy a spectacular trip along the Komani Lake. After arriving in Valbona travel towards Kosovo, known as the newest country in Europe. Arrive in the city of Prizren. From the citadel, the old town spills off the hillside to the cobbled Schadervan Square below, flanked by the iconic Sinan Pasha Mosque and the humpbacked Stone Bridge. With a heady mix of Ottoman and Byzantine architecture, the city deserves its alternative name: ‘The Museum under the Open Sky’. Arrive in Prizren for overnight.

Depart this morning for Peja. Take a walk along the main boulevard. Visit the patriarchate of Pec. Afterwards drive to reach the capital city of Kosovo, Pristina. Take a walk in the main Boulevard passing near by the monument NEWBORN, symbolizing the creation of Kosovo State in 2008. Visit the 15th Century Imperial Mosque built by Sultan Mehmet II Fatih. Overnight in Pristina.

Depart in the morning for Skopje capital city of Macedonia, Skopje. Visit the Fortress and the St. Spas Church in Skopje. Also visit Stone Bridge, Mother Teresa Memorial House. Afterwards drive to city of Ohrid for overnight.

Visit in the morning the Sv Naum monastery. Afterwards explore the beautiful Ohrid situated on the Shore of Ohrid Lake. Visit the most important Ohrid churches and sights – Church of Mother of God, the Ohrid fortress, the picturesque church of St John Kaneo. Overnight in Ohrid.

Proceed this morning to the museum city of Berat. On the way have a stop in the city of Elbasan. In the midday arrive in Berat. Visit Gorica and Mangalem neighborhoods where the medieval Orthodox churches and the Mosques are found respectively. Visit the citadel situated up on a hill and where still about 150 families live inside of it. Visit Onufri museum of icons situated in the interior of the Cathedral of Dormition of St. Mary. Overnight in Berat.

As leaving Berat this morning proceeds towards the monastery of Ardenica and visit. Afterwards proceed towards the port city of Durres. It is an ancient city and the second-largest city in the country after Tirana. Visit the Roman amphitheater of the 2nd century AD and the archeology museum. Drive for overnight in the capital city of Tirana.
