Following a refreshing morning breakfast, proceed for a full day sightseeing tour of the Indus Valley Monasteries. This day you will be taken to different museum and monasteries that include a visit to Royal Museum at Stok Palace, Thiksey, Stagna and Changchubling Hemis monasteries.

An early morning breakfast at 8 AM and afterwards a drive to the ‘valley of flowers’, Nubra Valley via the world famous Khardongla Pass (situated around 18360 ft. above sea level) marks the beginning of the 3rd day of Ladakh tour. Nubra Valley is around 125 kilometers from Leh. Upon reaching there check in at the camp in Nubra. In the afternoon, visit Samstanling & Panamic Hot Springs.

Later on, return to the camp for overnight stay.

This day is free to explore the flat valley of Nubra. This day, visit silver sand dunes near Hunder village and also enjoy a double humped camel safari followed by a visit to Diskit & Hunder villages. A picnic lunch is also arranged to add some excitement tour your tour to Ladakh.

Early in the morning, make a visit to the beautiful Yarabtso Lake; enjoy a leisurely breakfast afterwards and then embark on a return drive to Leh via Khardongla Pass. The evening is free to explore the local markets of Leh.

Early in the morning, embark on a drive along Indus River into Rupshu Valley. The Tso-Moriri Lake is situated around 220 kilometers east of Leh. While proceeding towards Tso-Moriri Lake, also visit Chumathang Hot Springs. Crossing the Mahe Bridge, continue the drive to Tsomoriri Lake. If you are lucky, you can also see Himalayan marmots on the way. Reach Tsomoriri Lake by the late noon and check in to a tented camp near the lake. After relaxing for some time, visit the lake shores which is one of the famous Ramsar wetland sanctuaries. It is also a popular breeding and nesting area for thousands of migratory birds. There you can also see Brahimini Duck, Bar-headed goose and black naked cranes etc.

Later return to the camp for a leisurely overnight stay.

After a refreshing breakfast early in the morning, hit the road to Leh via Tsokar Lake. On the way to Leh, visit the Puga Geo-Thermal Gas Springs and Nomadic Rebo Tents at Polo-kongka pass. Afterwards, continue the journey to Leh while stop by Tsokar Lake for a photo stop. If you wish to, you can also visit the monastery of tiny Thukje village. After coming on Manali highway, continue the drive to Leh crossing the Taglangla Pass and arrive at Stok village. In the evening, make a visit to a local family in Stok Village and enjoy Ladakhi butter tea and barley drink.

Spend the night at Skittsal Resort in Stok Village that overlooks the scenic Indus valley.

After a leisurely breakfast, drive to Ulley Resort which is around 65 kilometers from Leh. While proceeding towards Ulley, also visit statue of Maitreya Buddha at Likir and the 1000 year old murals of Alchi monastery which are among the best Buddhist miniature paintings. As you reach Ulley, check in at the resort for leisure and an overnight stay.

Note, If you want, you can also enjoy a short River Rafting at Ulley for 30 – 40 minutes on extra payment directly.

This day’s excursion tour covers visit to Lunar Landscapes, Lamayuru Monastery and Rizong Nunnery. A picnic lunch is also arranged for the day. If you desire to, you can also enjoy a nice day hike to Rizong village (2/3 hours) or a short hike to Gera-Lardo village across Indus River.

Overnight at Ulleytokpo.

After breakfast, drive to Leh which is around 70 kilometers from Ulleytokpo. En-route also visit Spituk Monastery, Magnetic Hill and the Military Hall of Fame. Check in at hotel in Leh. In the afternoon, you can explore the local markets of Leh. Some of the best markets are Moti market, Nowshare market, Balkhang Chowk apricot vendors and Super Market.
