SAFARI GUIDELINES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Driving Rules in the Parks
Our driver will drive slowly for safety – max speed is 50km/h in parks, and 25km/h inside Ngorongoro Crater.
Off-road driving is not allowed, unless your guide says it’s okay.
No night driving in parks (from 7:00pm to 6:00am), except in places where it is allowed like Tarangire and Lake Manyara.
Park Rules
Please respect the rules below while inside the parks:
Do not drink water from rivers, lakes, or natural sources.
Throw trash in proper bins only – let’s keep nature clean!
Do not throw cigarettes on the ground – use your vehicle’s ashtray.
Do not pick plants, stones, bones, or anything from the park.
Do not bring any animals or plants into the park.
Do not bring weapons, poison, or explosives.
Do not get out of the car near animals.
Do not disturb, feed, or chase animals.
Do not take photos of local people (e.g. Maasai) without asking your guide. A small tip might be needed.

Arrival in Arusha – Tanzania
Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO)
Upon arrival, you’ll be warmly welcomed by our Professional Driver Guide and Guest Relations Officer. We’ll assist you with your luggage and airport formalities before transferring you to your hotel in Arusha for Check-in and relaxation after your journey. Safari briefing by our team will follow in the evening.

Arusha – Tarangire National Park - Karatu
After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park. Tarangire is known for its majestic Elephants, iconic baobab trees, and rich wildlife such as Lions, Leopards, Wildebeests, Buffaloes, and over 500 bird species. Full-day game drive exploring the park's landscapes and rivers with Picnic lunch near the riverbanks.

Karatu – Serengeti National Park
Early morning departure through the Ngorongoro Highlands with stunning views en route. Enjoy a game drive as you enter the world-famous Serengeti National Park. Picnic lunch en route. Afternoon game drive in the vast plains of Central Serengeti, home to lions, cheetahs, wildebeests, and gazelles.

Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater - Karatu
After breakfast, enjoy another game drive in Serengeti as you slowly make your way to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend 600 meters into the famous Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with dense wildlife including black rhino, giant tusked elephants, lions, flamingos, and more. Picnic lunch inside the crater floor. Optional: Visit a Maasai Boma for cultural interaction (on request).

Karatu – Lake Manyara – Arusha
After breakfast, short drive to Lake Manyara National Park, known for its tree-climbing lions, hippos, flamingos, and diverse birdlife. Mid-morning game drive followed by a picnic lunch. Afternoon drive back to Arusha. Enjoy your evening at leisure or prepare for departure.

Bank Transfer to our USD account (check exchange rate if using other currencies)
Clients pay all transfer charges to make sure we receive full amount
If any amount is missing on arrival, it will be paid on the first day
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
All changes or cancellations must be sent in writing (email).
We suggest postponing your trip instead of canceling – it avoids penalties.
Changes that add people or days may increase the cost.
If services are removed after booking, it is treated like a cancellation.

30–15 days before 50% of total cost
14–7 days before 75% of total cost
6 days or less (or no-show) 100% of total cost
