SAFARI GUIDELINES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Driving Rules in the Parks
Our driver will drive slowly for safety – max speed is 50km/h in parks, and 25km/h inside Ngorongoro Crater.
Off-road driving is not allowed, unless your guide says it’s okay.
No night driving in parks (from 7:00pm to 6:00am), except in places where it is allowed like Tarangire and Lake Manyara.
Park Rules
Please respect the rules below while inside the parks:
Do not drink water from rivers, lakes, or natural sources.
Throw trash in proper bins only – let’s keep nature clean!
Do not throw cigarettes on the ground – use your vehicle’s ashtray.
Do not pick plants, stones, bones, or anything from the park.
Do not bring any animals or plants into the park.
Do not bring weapons, poison, or explosives.
Do not get out of the car near animals.
Do not disturb, feed, or chase animals.
Do not take photos of local people (e.g. Maasai) without asking your guide. A small tip might be needed.

Arrival in Arusha – Tanzania
Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO)
Upon arrival, you’ll be warmly welcomed by our Professional Driver Guide and Guest Relations Officer. We’ll assist you with your luggage and airport formalities before transferring you to your hotel in Arusha for Check-in and relaxation after your journey. Safari briefing by our team will follow in the evening.

Arusha – Tarangire National Park - Karatu
After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park. Tarangire is known for its majestic Elephants, iconic baobab trees, and rich wildlife such as Lions, Leopards, Wildebeests, Buffaloes, and over 500 bird species. Full-day game drive exploring the park's landscapes and rivers with Picnic lunch near the riverbanks.

Karatu - Ngorongoro Crater – Central Serengeti
After breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive with a Picnic Lunch. The Ngorongoro Crater is famous for Africa’s best game viewing as there is an ever-present abundance of wildlife due to the permanent water supply on the crater floor. Upon arrival at the Crater’s rim, you will descend 610 meters into the Crater where your safari truly begins. Spot the endangered black rhino as well as wildebeest, buffalo, zebra, eland, Grant’s and Thomson’s gazelle and of course, giant tusked elephants. The Crater also has the largest known population of lions and you will also find leopards and cheetahs as well as scavengers such as spotted hyenas, jackals and rare wild dogs. Over 500 species of birds have been recorded within the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and these include white pelicans and flamingos. After the trip, drive back to your Lodge, arriving in time for evening leisure, dinner and overnight stay.

Central Serengeti – Northern Serengeti (Spotting the river crossing)
After breakfast, drive in the northern Serengeti with your Picnic Lunch to see the crossing of the wildebeest on the Mara River (Mara River migration). The Mara River Migration is a breathtaking wildlife spectacle from July to October, as thousands of wildebeest, zebras, and antelopes cross the crocodile-infested river between the Serengeti and Masai Mara. This dramatic journey attracts predators, creating thrilling game-viewing opportunities. Visitors can witness iconic river crossings, stunning landscapes, and abundant wildlife while staying in well-located lodges or camps. It’s a must-see event for safari enthusiasts, offering unmatched photography and adventure in Africa’s untamed wilderness. After the trip, proceed to your Lodge/ Camp for evening overnight stay. Karatu – Lake Manyara National Park – Arusha
Early in the morning from your Lodge, you will meet our Safari Guide and drive to Lake Manyara National Park, arriving in time for a game drive with a Picnic Lunch. This Park is very famous of its tree climbing lions. There are also other animals like Baboons, Leopard, Hyenas, Cheetah, Gazelles, Impalas, Zebra, Gnu (Wildebeest), Buffaloes, Warthogs (Pumba) and other animals’ species with different types of Birds’ species. After the trip, drive out the Park and proceed to Arusha, arriving at your hotel evening leisure, dinner and overnight stay.

Departure
After breakfast, depending on your Flight schedule, you will meet our office representative together with the driver for a transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), arriving in time for a drop-off to check-in your onwards Flight back home or to your next destinations.

If any amount is missing on arrival, it will be paid on the first day
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
All changes or cancellations must be sent in writing (email).
We suggest postponing your trip instead of canceling – it avoids penalties.
Changes that add people or days may increase the cost.
If services are removed after booking, it is treated like a cancellation.
