Day Wise Breakup

Day 1 - Arrive Cochin

Arrive Cochin by International flight. Meeting and assistance on arrive and transfer to hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at hotel.

Day 2 - Breakfast at hotel

Morning city tour of Cochin by an airconditioned transport with English or language speaking guide-Cochin is the natural harbour created by the famed underwater Malabar mud-banks whose quality ensures that the rougher the seas are outside the calmer the waters are within the Harbour. Vasco-de-Gama placed it on the world map. It has a Jewish synagogue, Portuguese churches, mosques & Hindu temples.

Afternoon back water cruise with english or language speaking guide. Overnight at hotel.

Day 3 - Breakfast at hotel

Morning leave Cochin by an airconditioned transport for Periyar enroute visiting Tea Gardens. Arrive Periyar and check in at hotel Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at hotel.

Day 4 - Breakfast at hotel

Morning & Evening boat cruise on Lake Periyar-The earliest sanctuary to be set up in 1934, it extends to 777 square kms & forms part of the high mountain ranges, the Western Ghats. Wild life can be seen while cruising on Periyar Lake in a motor boat. Amongst the animals which can be seen are elephants, wild boar, sambar, tiger, leopard, wild dog, Langur monkeys etc.

During day time visit Spice plantations. Overnight at hotel.

Day 5 - Breakfast at hotel

Morning leave Periyar by an airconditioned transport for Kumarakom.

Arrive Kumarakom and check in at hotel.
Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at hotel.

Day 6 - Breakfast at hotel

Morning leave for jetty to catch Houseboat which will take you through narrow canals for visit of paddy fields, local houses, churches etc.

Lunch, Dinner and Overnight on Houseboat.

Day 7 - Breakfast at hotel

Morning your houseboat will drop you at the jetty of Allepey from where you will leave by an airconditioned transport for Mararikulam or Kovalam.

Arrive Mararikulam or Kovalam and check in at hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 8 - Breakfast at hotel

Full Day at Leisure Overnight at hotel.

Day 9 - Breakfast at hotel

Full Day at Leisure Overnight at hotel.

Day 10 - Breakfast at hotel

Full Day at Leisure Overnight at hotel.

Day 11 - Breakfast at hotel

Morning leave Mararikulam for Cochin airport or from Kovalam to Trivandrum airport to catch International flight for Onward Destination.
