Lilori Sthan – Dhanbad

Lilori Sthan is one of the oldest and famous temples near the Katras region, dedicated to Maa Kali. It is located at a distance of approximately 22 kilometers from the main Dhanbad city, and the followers of Hinduism and other religions come here to worship the goddess. The local king helped construct the temple nearly 800 years ago, as the Goddess Lilori was family deity of the king.

If one is to visit Lilori Sthan, Dhanbad, Jharkhand, India, then winter is the best season to visit, which usually starts in by October and ends in March. Travelers are advised not to visit the temple during the summer and the rainy seasons.
