• The tour cost is non-refundable and non-transferable once the booking is confirmed, under any circumstances.
• No refund will be provided for unused services, missed sightseeing, early check-out, late arrival, or voluntary changes made by the guest.
• All sightseeing and transfers are subject to weather conditions, road conditions, permits, and local authority regulations. The company shall not be responsible for any cancellations or modifications arising from the same.
• Tiger Hill sunrise and similar attractions are strictly subject to weather, permit, and administrative approvals. No claims or refunds shall be entertained if not operated.
• The company shall not be liable for delays, alterations, or cancellations due to natural calamities, landslides, road blockages, political unrest, strikes, technical issues, or any force majeure events.
• Any additional expenses arising due to such uncontrollable situations shall be borne entirely by the guest, payable on the spot.
• Hotels are confirmed as per availability at the time of booking. In case of non-availability, the company reserves the right to change the hotel without prior notice and without any compensation.
• Room allocation (view, floor, bedding) is entirely at the discretion of the hotel. The company holds no responsibility for the same.
• Vehicle provided is point-to-point as per itinerary only. Extra usage, detours, or waiting beyond itinerary will incur additional charges payable directly.
• AC will not operate in hill areas, and no claims shall be accepted for the same.
• The company is not responsible for personal belongings, medical emergencies, accidents, injuries, theft, or loss during the tour.
• Guests are solely responsible for carrying valid ID proof, permits, and personal documents. Any denial of entry due to document issues will not be the company’s responsibility.
• The company acts only as a travel facilitator and shall not be held liable for the acts, omissions, or defaults of hotels, transporters, or third-party service providers.
• Any complaint must be raised during the tour itself. Complaints raised after completion of the tour will not be entertained.
• Payment of the advance or full amount implies that the guest has read, understood, and accepted all terms & conditions unconditionally.
• All disputes, if any, shall be subject to local jurisdiction only, and the company’s decision shall be final and binding.
