Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Kilimanjaro International Airport – Arusha

  Travel Distance & Time from JRO to Arusha: 55km/1hr
  Upon arrival at the airport, a representative from Aim 2 Goal Safari will be at the airport to pick you up with a signboard which has your name on it and transfer you to Arusha for an overnight stay. The drive from the airport to Arusha is about an hour.

• Day 2 : Arusha to Northern Serengeti

  After enjoying a hearty breakfast your guide will pick you up for you accommodation and transfer you to Arusha Airport to catch your schedule flight heading to Kogatende Airstrip.
  Upon arrival at Kogatende Airstrip you will meet your dedicated safari guide and transfer you to your camp you will arrival in time for Lunch and followed by afternoon game drive, your adventure continues as you set off with packed lunch boxes for an unforgettable journey to the Northern Serengeti. Though the drive from Central to Northern Serengeti takes approximately 3 hours, this is far more than a simple transfer it’s a moving safari.
  As you make your way north, the landscape transforms before your eyes, offering an ever-changing backdrop of rolling plains, acacia-dotted savannahs, and riverine woodlands. The route is rich in wildlife, and every stretch of road holds the potential for incredible sightings. From towering elephants and graceful giraffes to prides of lions and herds of migrating wildebeest, nature reveals itself at every turn.

  After breakfast, your driver guide will pick you up and transfer you to Kogatende Airstrip to catch your scheduled flight to Arusha.
  Upon arrival at Arusha Airport, you will meet your driver guide who will transfer you to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight home.

Terms & Conditions

• These Terms & Conditions apply to all tour bookings made with Aim 2 Goal Safaris Ltd, a local tour and travel company based in Arusha, Tanzania. By booking a tour with us, you agree to these terms, which govern the contractual relationship between you (the client) and Aim 2 Goal Safaris Ltd.
• Deposits & Final Payment
• A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your tour and initiate the necessary arrangements. Payment instructions will be provided via email.
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the tour start date.
• For bookings made within 6 weeks of the departure date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
• All payments must be made in US Dollars via online credit card or wire transfer.
• Cancellation Policy
• If you need to cancel your tour, notification must be sent in writing to Aim 2 Goal Safaris Ltd. The following cancellation fees will apply per person:
• Days Before Departure Cancellation Fee (% of Total Tour Cost)
• 61 days or more 0%
• 60 – 45 days 30%
• 44 – 29 days 60%
• 28 – 7 days 90%
• Less than 7 days 100%
• Cancellation fees are calculated based on the date we receive your written notification. 3. Amendment Policy
• At Aim 2 Goal Safaris Ltd, we understand plans can change and strive to accommodate modifications when possible. All changes must be submitted in writing and may result in an adjustment to your tour cost.
• Any modifications that result in additional costs will be communicated to you, and the extra charges must be covered by the client.
• Price Changes
• Tour prices are subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:
• Changes in park fees
• Government taxes or levies
• New regulations or policies affecting the cost of operation
• Any such cost increases will be passed on to the client, and we will inform you as early as possible.
• Luggage
• All luggage and personal belongings remain the responsibility of the client throughout the tour.
• Aim 2 Goal Safaris Ltd is not liable for loss or damage of personal items, especially during international transit.
• If your luggage is lost or delayed, we will make every reasonable effort to help retrieve and deliver it to your accommodation.
• Luggage limit: One soft bag or backpack not exceeding 20 kg. Hard shell suitcases are discouraged. We reserve the right to refuse excess baggage.
• Risks & Responsibilities
• Aim 2 Goal Safaris Ltd will not be held liable for any:
• Injuries
• Losses
• Damage
• Dissatisfaction or other issues
• Arising if a client fails to follow instructions, safety protocols, or guidance provided by our guides or representatives.
• Additionally, we are not responsible for such incidents at third-party accommodations.
• Problems or Concerns
• If you encounter any issues or concerns during your trip, please contact us immediately so we can resolve them promptly.
• Your feedback is important to us. Most issues can be resolved quickly, allowing you to continue enjoying your safari experience.
