You begin the journey with your arrival at Paro Airport. After completing the emigration formalities, one of the agents will take you to the capital city of Thimphu. Post check-in, the rest of the day is at leisure for you. Utilize this time either to relax from the travel or get a taste of the new country with an exploration of your own. The tour begins in the city of Thimphu with its main attractions. Post breakfast, you get to see the Memorial of Chorten made in the memory of the third king followed by a visit to the popular temple, Changangkha Lhakhang, that is famous for the brilliant view of the Thimphu Valley. After this, you are taken to see the Motithang Takin Reserve, Centennial Market and the famous Tashichho Dzong. Return to the hotel post tour for an overnight stay.

The next day takes you to the town of Punakha, post breakfast. It is famous for the Punakha Dzong that exhibits some exciting arts and festivals that have continued to attract the crowd towards them. The tour also includes the Dochula pass, 108 Druk Wangyal Chortens and then a hike to the Chimi Lhakhang, the temple of fertility. You end the day with a walk on the longest suspension bridge of Bhutan. Stay the night at the hotel.

The tour takes you back to where you had arrived first post breakfast- the town of Paro. After check-in at the hotel, you get a little time to relax from the long trip. Later you are taken to visit the National Museum, Paro Dzong, to get a clear picture of the life than in the 17th century fortress. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

After a hearty breakfast, you are driven to Ramthangkha from where you will set out on a hike to Taktsang. It is a five-hour hike that would take you to the sacred site of Himalayan Buddhist where you get to marvel the architecture of the temple complex on the cliff side. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

The sixth day marks the end of the beautiful travel around the country of Bhutan. You return home post breakfast with some incredible moments with your partner that will stay with you throughout your life.
