Phuentsholing to Thimphu (165 km / 6-7 hrs)

Terms & Conditions

Booking Confirmation
All bookings must be made in writing (via email, website form, or official WhatsApp).
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a minimum 50% advance payment of the total tour cost.
Accommodation Policy
Standard check-in and check-out times of hotels apply (usually 12:00 PM check-in & 10:00 AM check-out, unless specified).
Room allocation is based on availability and category booked (Standard/Deluxe/Premium).
Hotel accommodation is provided on a twin/triple sharing basis unless requested otherwise.
Any early check-in/late check-out is subject to hotel policy and may incur additional charges.
Any damage to hotel property caused by guests will be charged directly to the customer.
Transportation Policy
Vehicle type (sedan/SUV/tempo traveller/bus) will be provided based on group size.
The vehicle is available as per the itinerary only and not for personal use or beyond specified hours.
Driver details will be shared one day prior to the tour start.
No refund will be provided for unused transportation services.
Any damage to the vehicle due to negligence or misconduct will be charged to the customer.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :

50% advance required at the time of booking.
Balance 50% to be paid 7 days prior to the tour start date.
For last-minute bookings (within 7 days of departure), full payment is required at booking.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or company-approved online payment gateway.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

Cancellation by Customer:
30 days or more before departure: 10% of the total package cost will be charged.
15 to 29 days before departure: 25% of the total package cost will be charged.
7 to 14 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
Less than 7 days before departure or No Show: 100% of the package cost will be charged.

Cancellation by Company:
In rare cases of force majeure or unavoidable circumstances (e.g., natural calamities, political unrest), the company may cancel the tour. Customers will be given full credit or an option to reschedule.

Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable,Will be processed within 20–30 working days from the date of cancellation.
Any refunds will be subject to deductions for non-recoverable hotel/transport bookings, administrative charges, and bank transaction charges.
