Arrival Leh Kushok Bakula Airport & Rest On arrival at Leh Kushok Bakula Airport meet our representative and pick up Leh Airport to transfer you to your hotel in Leh. Upon arrival, proceed for check in at your hotel. Remainder of the day will be for rest, to acclimatize. Since you are reaching an altitude of 3500 mts approximately from 200 mts in just one hour’s time, you may be excited and World want to explore everything on your very first day. However, it is your body which needs to get acclimatized to such height and climate. It is situated to north of Ladakh between the karakoram and Ladakh ranges of the Himalayas. Nubra lies at an altitude of about 10, 000ft. above the sea level and is drained largely by the Shiyok River. The Saichen River forms its single largest tributary, via Khardungla pass (highest in the world, 18380ft), arrival at Hunder check in camp afternoon. The majestic beauty of this lake attracts people from all over India and abroad. The most beautiful thing about this lake is that it changes its colors.
