Day 1 Arrival Leh Airport

Arrive at Leh airport you will be transferred to your hotel. You would take a little time to settle in and acclimatize since you have gone from a relatively low elevation to over 11,000 feet! During the afternoon, you can walk through the old town, to allow you to get oriented to this fascinating city. Dinner & Overnight at Leh.

Day 2 Leh – sham Region – Leh 124 Kms/ 4-5 Hrs

After breakfast, drive to Likir and Alchi Monasteries, Pathar Sahib Gurudwara. Hall of Fame museum (it was established as homage for the martyrs of Kargil war) and Sangam (Confluence of Zanskar & Indus Rivers). O/N Leh.

Day 3 Leh - Nubra Valley 120 Kms/ 4-5 Hrs

After breakfast, drive to Nubra Valley via Khardungla, the Highest Motorable road in the World, having 18,380 ft. After lunch, enjoy the double hump camel safari at Sand Dunes between Deskit & Hunder Village. O/N Nubra Valley.

Day 4 Nubra Valley – Leh 120 Kms/ 4-5 Hrs

After breakfast, visit Deskit Monastery (Big Buddha), it is a picturesque monastery settled on hill, where you can have a wonderful view of Nubra Valley and drive back to Leh by same Route, crossing Khardungla Pass. O/N Leh.

Day 5 Leh - Pangong Lake 140 Kms/ 4-5 Hrs

Pangong Lake

After early Breakfast, leave for Pangong Lake (14,500 ft) via Changla Pass 17,350 ft, this is the third highest motorable road in the world. Pangong is the highest salt water lake in the world, shared by India and China. Enjoy the beauty of the lake. Later at free time one can leisurely enjoy the color changing lake of blue and green on a rusty background while the setting sun teases you with awesome vistas which are simply breathtaking. O/N Pangong Lake.

Day 6 Pangong Lake – Leh 140 Kms/ 4-5 Hrs

Early morning enjoys the picturesque view of the Sun rising on the lake. After breakfast, drive back to Leh, en-route visit Thiksey Monastery and Shey Palace. O/N Leh.

Day 7 Leh – Leisure

After breakfast, today is a leisure day and overnight stay at Leh

Day 8 Leh – Airport Drop

Early morning transfer to Leh airport to board flight back to destination. The journey ends with sweet memories and stories to be related once back.
