This safari offers six days of adventure through Tanzania northern circuit, combining breathtaking scenery, abundant wildlife, and cultural encounters. Guests will stay in guest houses or Airbnb lodgings and tented lodges ensuring affordable comfort and authentic local hospitality. From the city of Arusha to the elephant herds of Tarangire, the flamingos of Lake Manyara, and the dramatic Ngorongoro Crater, each day is designed to deliver unforgettable experiences.
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport you will be greeted by your safari guide and transferred to Arusha. Nestled at the foot of Mount Meru Arusha offers stunning views and a lively atmosphere. Depending on arrival time guests may enjoy a short walk through town visit local markets or relax at the guest house or Airbnb. This day focuses on settling in soaking up the scenery and preparing for the adventure ahead with a warm welcome and views of Mount Meru.

After breakfast depart for Arusha National Park known for diverse landscapes ranging from lush forests to open savannahs. The day includes an early morning game drive spotting giraffes buffalo and monkeys followed by a walking safari led by an experienced ranger which offers the chance to walk alongside wildlife in their natural habitat. Lunch is served at a scenic picnic spot and the afternoon features another game drive before returning to accommodation in Arusha for dinner and overnight. Highlight includes a walking safari among wildlife and panoramic views of Mount Meru.

Depart Arusha after breakfast and drive to Tarangire National Park famous for towering baobab trees and large elephant herds. Explore the park with game drives across rolling savannahs and river valleys home to giraffes zebras wildebeests and predators such as lions and leopards. A picnic lunch inside the park keeps guests close to nature and the afternoon game drive offers golden sunset views over the plains. In the evening return to accommodation in Karatu for dinner and overnight stay. Highlight includes close encounters with elephants and dramatic baobab landscapes.

After breakfast drive to Lake Manyara National Park a scenic reserve along the Great Rift Valley escarpment. The park is famous for tree climbing lions large flocks of flamingos and diverse birdlife. Enjoy a game drive through lush forests and open plains spotting hippos elephants and monkeys. Lunch is served at a picnic site overlooking the lake and in the afternoon continue exploring before returning to accommodation in Karatu for dinner and overnight. Highlight includes flamingos on the lake and the rare sight of tree climbing lions.

After breakfast drive to Ngorongoro and descend into the spectacular crater a UNESCO World Heritage Site formed by a collapsed volcano. The crater floor supports one of the highest densities of wildlife in Africa including elephants buffalo zebras wildebeests hippos and the rare black rhino. Lions and hyenas are commonly seen as well. Lunch is enjoyed at a scenic spot within the crater surrounded by dramatic scenery. In the evening ascend the rim and proceed to accommodation in Karatu for dinner and overnight rest. Highlight includes experiencing Ngorongoro ecosystem and spotting the rare black rhino.

On the final day enjoy breakfast and a relaxed morning depending on flight schedule. If time allows choose an optional short visit to nearby town areas for last minute shopping or cultural exploration. Later transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for onward flight marking the end of the safari adventure. Highlight includes closing the journey with lasting memories of Tanzanian wilderness and warm hospitality.

A booking is deemed confirmed once:
A 30% deposit of the total safari cost has been received and acknowledged by our bank, and
The remaining 70% balance is settled no later than four (4) weeks prior to departure.
Detailed payment instructions will be provided upon confirmation.
Should your plans change, we kindly request that all cancellations be submitted in writing. Cancellations become effective upon receipt by Lion View Tours.
The following cancellation charges apply:
More than 45 days prior to departure: 30% of total safari cost
45–30 days prior to departure: 50% of total safari cost
Less than 30 days prior to departure or no-show: 100% of total safari cost
