This 6-day guided tour will take you to tiptoe into glorious monasteries, hike through the virgin forests, and walk through the tranquil hamlets where people in traditional dresses still roam around. Starting from Phuentsholing, known as the shopping center on the northern Indian plains area, and bringing you to an exciting destination called Thimpu and the wonderful valley, Paro.
Day 1 : New Jalpaiguri (NJP)/ Bagdogra Airport (IXB)- Phuensholling
On arrival at New Jalpaiguri (NJP)/ Bagdogra Airport (IXB) meet and greeted by our representative and transfer to Phuensholling (Distance 175 kms 4-5 Hrs). On the way we will drive through Dooars — Phuentsholing / Phuntsholing, the 2nd largest city in Bhutan is on the border of India. Next city of Jaigaon — Phuentsholing is the point of entry for travellers to Bhutan. Upon arrival at Phuensholling check in the hotel and take rest. In the Evening free for your own activity. Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 2 : Phuensholling – Thimpu
In the morning after breakfast Tourist Permit and all the paper work would be done at Phuentsholing. Later we will proceed for Thimphu. It is approximately 175 kms and is nearly 06 hours’ drive from Phuentsholing town. Thimphu is Bhutan’s capital and largest city; it has a population of 104,200. En-route you will see Water Falls & Natural Sightseeing, Chukha Dam (Top View). On arrival check in the Hotel overnight stay.
Day 3 : Thimpu Sightseeing
In the morning after breakfast we will proceed for the local sightseeing and will cover major Sightseeing Covering like Buddha Point, BBS Tower, Tashicchhoe Dzong, The Memorial Chorten, National Library, The Institute of Traditional Medicine, Centenary Farmer Market, Changlimithang Stadium, School of Arts & Crafts, Handicraft Institute, Zangthopelri Lhakhang, Motithang Takin Reserve (Takin Zoo), Semtokha Dzong. In the evening visit local market at Thimphu. Overnight Stay at Hotel.
Day 4 : Thimpu – Gangtey
Early morning after having breakfast proceed to Gangtey. Its approx 150 Kms drive from Thimpu. En-Route visit Dochula Pass have some some there for tea and snacks. You will striking view the Mt. Himalaya from this place. We will be also visit the grand 108 stupas in route. On reaching at Gangtey check in the hotel and overnight stay.
Day 5 : Gangtey To Bumthang Via Trongsa
In the morning after breakfast proceed for Bumthang. It’s about 200 kilometers away and it’s almost 07 hours drive by road-Early morning a scenic drive to Bumthang, the most historic dzongkhag with extraordinary scenery-After breakfast we leave Gangtey, cross the Pele La Pass and visit the Chendebji Chorten, a large white structure next to a stream-Later stop at Trongsa for lunch and visit its huge white Trongsa Dzong with its distinctive white structure. On reaching check in the hotel and overnight stay.
Day 6 : Bumthang Sightseeing
Bumthang is justifiably regarded as a cultural heartland of Bhutan where the landscape is dotted with palaces, ancient temples and monasteries-We will spend the whole day exploring the Bumthang Valley by visiting the great Kurje Lhakhang, Jambey Lhakang, Tamshing Lhakhang and Jakar Dzong, the administrative center of Bumthang-Afterwards we will take you for a walk in the village and have close contact with locals. Take a short walk to the Lhodrak Kharchhu Monastery in the afternoon, a magnificent Tibetan Buddhist monastery. Overnight stay at Bumathan.
Day 7 : Bumthang – Punakha
After morning breakfast transfer to Punakha. It is about 200 kilometers and almost 07 hours drive by road-this morning we take a short walk around the city and later start a long drive to Punakha-this is a scenic drive, passing several small villages, waterfalls with spectacular scenery, crossing Black mountains, ever-changing vegetation and finally arriving in the warm Punakha valley.on reaching check in the hotel and overnight stay.
Day 8 : Punakha – Paro
In the morning after breakfast transfer to Paro. It is about 125 kilometers away and is almost 04 hours drive by road-After a short drive from Punakha, we start a leisure walk through paddy fields and villages and reach a hillock where the Chimi Lakhang is located. This Lakhang is dedicated to a famous saint Drukpa Kuenley, also known as divine Madman-after that, we continue to drive through Dochula Pass to Paro. On the way, you can visit the Dzong Simtokha. After check-in at the hotel, you can visit Ta Dzong, an ancient watchtower that houses the National Museum and go down to the Paro Dzong, also known as Rinphung Dzong. Overnight stay at hotel in Paro.
Day 9 : Paro Sightseeing
Morning after breakfast we will take you for the sightseeing of Paro which is called Valley of Bhutan very beautiful place with full of natural beauty. Historic town with many sacred sites and historical buildings scattered through the area. We will take you Drukgyal Dzong, View of Taktsang Monastery, Kichulanka Monastery, Ta Dzong, Paro Rinpung Dzong (Museum), Nya-Mey Zam, Dungtse Lhakhang, Druk Choeding. Evening free for own activity. Overnight Stay at Hotel in Paro

Trek to Taksang Monastery
In the early morning after leisurely breakfast you can either hike a steeply uphill for 02 to 03 hours to get to the top or ride a Mule/Horse 2 / 3 of the way. On the way you can enjoy tea and snacks. Taktsang, is a prominent Himalayan Buddhist holy site known as the Tiger’s Nest Monastery or Taktsang Monastery. It is a precariously perched stunning monastery on the side of a mountain; it looks like it was built into the mountain itself-Bhutan tours generally save Tiger’s Nest for the last day as it allows visitors time to acclimatize to Bhutan’s altitude. Later back to hotel and overnight stay.
Day 10 : Paro – Phuentsholling / Jaigaon
In the morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Phuentsholling 175 kms drive from Paro. On arrival check in the hotel and take some rest evening free to roam around local market. Overnight Stay at Hotel in Phuentsholing.
Day 11 : Phuentsholing – New Jalpaiguri (NJP)/ Bagdogra Airport (IXB)
In the morning after breakfast check out from Hotel Transfer to New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / Siliguri. In route visit the foothills of Himalaya it is plain forested area and beautiful Tea Garden.
