Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 :

  Arrival at the airport – transfer to Tirana - afternoon walking tour – visits of the Skanderbeg’s Square, the Mosque of Et’hem Bej, the Tomb of Kapllan Pasha and the Tanners bridge - dinner, overnight at your hotel.

• Day 2 :

  After breakfast visits of the Mosaics of Tirana, Arts Gallery and the National Historical Museum - at noon excursion to mount Dajti by Cable car - afternoon visit the Bektashi Tekke, World Headquarter of Muslim Bektashi Sect and the ex-residential block of communist party leaders - dinner at local restaurant - overnight at your hotel.

• Day 3 :

  At morning drive to Kruja - visits of the fortress, the Museum of Skanderbeg and the fascinating Ethnographic museum - a stroll along the old bazaar, which has a wonderful selection of souvenirs - proceed to Shkodra – visit the “Rozafa” fortress, Mesi bridge and the Shkodra Museum – dinner at local restaurant – overnight at hotel.

• Day 4 :

  This morning depart to Bajram Curri town by bus and ferry along Hydropower dam of Koman and Fierza, enjoying fascinating scenery of the Drini river banks – afternoon visit the Tekke of Dervishe Rexhep Torcu in Luzna -dinner, overnight at hotel in Bajram Curri.

• Day 5 :

  Full day travel and walk alongside fantastic landscapes of Valbona river valley – dinner, overnight at your hotel in Bajram Curri.

• Day 6 :

  After breakfast depart for Lezha by bus and ferry along Hydropower dam of Fierza and Koman - visit the Memorial of Skanderbeg, in the ruins of the church of St. Nicholas - continue on to Durres - afternoon visit of the Roman Time Amphitheater and Archaeological Museum - dinner, overnight at beach hotel in Durres.

• Day 7 :

  Today morning drive to Berati – visit the Citadel and the ruins of about 20 churches - visit the Church of St. Mary of Vllaherna which has 16th C mural paintings by Onufri, the Albania's most famous medieval painter and his son Nicola - afternoon visit the Ethnographic museum, King’s Mosque, Bachelor Mosque and Helvetian Tekke - dinner, overnight at hotel in Berati.

• Day 8 :

  After breakfast drive to Fieri – en-route visit the Ardenica Monastery - visit the Archaeological Site of Apolonia - proceed to Vlora -visit the Muradie Mosque and the Independence house - dinner, overnight at hotel in Vlora.

• Day 9 :

  This day you will travel to Saranda along mountain road of Albanian Riviera through Llogara Pass, enjoying fantastic landscapes of Ionian coastlines - en-route visit the Ali Pasha of Ioanina castle at Porto Palermo bay - afternoon visit of the antic city of Butrinti (Unesco Heritage) – dinner, overnight at hotel in Saranda.

• Day 10 :

  Breakfast – drive to Gjirokastra – en-route visit the Mesopotami Church and “Blue Eye “ springs – afternoon visit the Gjirokastra Fortress with the Weapons Museum and the Ethnographic museum - dinner, overnight at hotel in Gjirokastra.

• Day 11 :

  This morning drive to Korca through Kelcyra George, Permeti and Erseka - en-route visit the Kamenica museum – afternoon visit the Medieval arts Museum and Mirahori Mosque - dinner, overnight at your hotel in Korca.

• Day 12 :

  Full day Korca area - at morning drive to Voskopoja village famous for its old Churches with religious paints - afternoon drive to village Liqenas in Prespa Lake - dinner,overnight at your hotel.

• Day 13 :

  After breakfast drive to Tirana through Pogradec and Elbasan where visit the ruins of the Ottoman fortress – follow on to Tirana along Qafa e Krrabes mountain road – en route visit the Petrela Castle – dinner at local restaurant – overnight at your hotel.

• Day 14 :

  free morning – check out the hotel – transfer to airport - departure
