Everest Sherpa Village Trek is an exciting cultural journey through the major villages of the legendary Sherpa community. The Khumbu region is the home of the Sherpas who are famous for the mountain climbing and guide.

Everest Sherpa Village Trekking offers you to meet and learn the unique lifestyle of the Sherpa people. You will trek through Lukla, Phakding, Monjo, Namche Bazaar, Syangboche, Khumjung up to Tengboche village. Tengboche Monastery is one of the oldest Gompas here in the Everest region.

This trekking trail is the famous route to the Everest Base Camp. Beyond Tengboche, the altitude rises above 4000m. So we will retrace back through the Sherpa villages from Tengboche to Lukla for early morning flight.

Day 1

Arrival and welcome day in Kathmandu (1300m), hotel transfer and rest
Day 2

Trekking preparation and sightseeing day around the Kathmandu valley, o/n hotel
Day 3

Fly Kathmandu to Lukla (2860m) for 30 min and trek to Phakding (2600m) for 3 hour
Day 4

Trek Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3400m) for 6 hour
Day 5

Acclimatization and rest day at Namche, you can visit View Hotel
Day 6

Trek Namche to Tengboche (3860m) for 6 hour, explore Monastery
Day 7

Trek Tengboche back to Khumjung (3970m) for 6 hour
Day 8

Trek Khumjung to Lukla (2860m) for 8 hour
Day 9

Fly Lukla back to Kathmandu for 30 min and rest day in Kathmandu
Day 10

Farewell and departure day in Kathmandu
