Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 Leh

Arrival at Leh airport, to be received by our representative and transferred to the Hotel. Check in to the hotel for a complete day of rest for acclimatization, wherein welcome tea and coffee will be served by the Hotel. Stay overnight in Leh.

Day 2 Leh Local (sham Valley)

Leh Palace

After breakfast visit to Hall of Fame War Museum – a museum constructed by the Indian Army in memory of the brave Indian soldiers who laid down their lives defending the motherland in the Indo-Pak wars. Patthar Sahib Gurudwara - a beautiful Gurudwara sahib constructed in the memory of Guru Nanak, Spituk (Kali Mata Temple), Magnetic Hill – also known as Gravity Hill where vehicles defy the force of gravity, Sangam of the rivers Indus & Zanskar - two of Himalaya's great rivers; Zanskar and Indus merge to form a spectacular view. Later we visit to Shanti Stupa – built by the Japanese monks to promote world peace, Leh Palace a former royal palace that overlooks the town of Leh & Market. Return to Leh in the evening. Stay overnight in Leh.

Day 3 Leh To Nubra Valley (125 Km / 5-6 Hrs)

After breakfast, drive to Nubra Valley (Known as the Valley of Flowers and the warmest region in Ladakh) via Khardung La pass. This road is considered to be the highest motorable road of the world. Enroute, admire the spectacular views of the never-ending snow-capped mountain ranges around Khardung La Pass (18,390 feet). After spending some time at Khardung La, proceed to Nubra. After Hotel check-in, enjoy camel Safari in the evening. Stay overnight stay in Nubra.

Day 4 Nubra To Pangong Via Shyok (170 Km / 06 Hrs)

Pangong Lake

We will start the day following the same route towards Leh till we reach Khalsar. From the Agyam bridge, we will take the left route which leads us to the villages of Shyok and Durbuk. The road after Shyok is good but very steep. After Durbuk, take left towards Tangtse and follow the traditional route. Drive further to Pangong Lake one of the largest and most beautiful natural brackish lakes in the Himalayas. Situated at ft, more than half of the lake is within Chinese Territory and only one third part lies in India. Explore the lake area, might catch some rare wildlife. Stay Overnight in Pangong.

Day 5 Pangong Lake To Tso Moriri Lake

After breakfast drive to Tsomoriri Lake via Chushul & Karzok. It is a breathtaking journey on a trail that is literally a ‘no mans’ land. Vast lonely stretches on the Chanthang plateau makes this drive one of the best isolated drives of this tour. Tsomoriri is situated at an altitude of 4511m above sea level; with an area of about 140 Sq.km. Spend your evening watching shadows of the surrounding mountain and the varying depths of Tsomoriri lake. Evening visit beautiful Tso Moriri Lake and its surroundings. Overnight at Tso Moriri.

Day 6 Tsomoriri – Tsokar – Taglangla – Leh (235 Km / 7-8 Hrs)

Post breakfast we check out from the camp and drive to Tsokar lake which lies about 60 km from Tso Moriri. Situated at a height of 15,280 ft, it is also called white lake due to the white salt content in the water deposits on its shore, it leaves visitors in awe of its beauty. The area surrounding the lake is rife with wildlife and flora, and it also makes for an important point for bird watchers, especially during migration season when several species come here to lay their eggs, including the black-necked cranes. Continue drive for another hour to reach Manali – Leh Highway and cross Tanglang La Pass which is one of the incredible high-altitude mountains passes in Ladakh located at an altitude of 5,328 meters, or 17,480 feet. What makes it a famous tourist attraction in Ladakh is the incredible views it offers & the sheer excitement of crossing it, which is no less than an adventure. Arrive Leh in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7 Leh

Early morning transfers to Leh airport to board flight back to destination. Journey ends with Sweet Memories of Ladakh.

We shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or any person travelling with him for:
a) Any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and/or damage or any kind of theft howsoever caused.
b) Any act, omission, default of any dependent Contractor or other person or by any servant or agent employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facility or service for the client or for any person traveling with him howsoever caused.
c) The temporary or permanent loss of or damage to baggage or personal effects howsoever caused including willful negligence on the part of any person.
d) We shall not be responsible and / or liable for any damages caused to the Client due to reasons beyond our control (Force Majeure / Vis Majeure).
e) No liability on our part arising in any way out of this contract in respect of any tour, holiday, and excursion facility shall exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for.

Law prevalent in India is applicable and as a part of the cause of action arises in Mumbai and the Company has its Registered Office in Mumbai, it is agreed between the parties that in the event of a dispute or difference between the parties the exclusive jurisdiction shall vest in a court / forum / tribunal in Mumbai alone having jurisdiction to decide the matter.

The above given cost is calculated on the basis of base category rooms at the mentioned hotels (unless specified otherwise) and if this category of rooms is not available, we shall try to confirm accommodation in next available higher category of rooms and shall advise supplementary cost involved while conveying the status.

Kindly note that names of hotels / Camps mentioned above only indicate that our rates have been based on usage of these hotels and it is not to be construed that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey such confirmation to you. In the event of accommodation not becoming available at any of the above-mentioned hotels we shall book alternate accommodation at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement / reduction whatever applicable) to you.

We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. The additional cost incurred such as cost for accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be borne by passenger.

During the month of October to April most of the Camps | Guest houses | Hotels won’t be operational due to off season in various locations of Ladakh like Nubra Valley | Pangong Lake | Tsomoriri | Tsokar | Sham Valley | Kargil | Zanskar region etc. (So, in that scenario best alternate accommodation will be provided with prior information to the guests at the time of booking).

Triple Room does not necessarily mean Three Separate Bed.

Triple Room can have One Double Bed + 1 Roll Away Bed.

All Cost quoted is in INR (Indian Rupee).

100% payment to be deposited before the trip starts.

Final tour Vouchers will be provided on receipt of full 100% payment.

Extras Payment in Leh office should be Cash Only.

Vehicle provided as per mention tour plan (Point to Point Basis only), any additional sightseeing not mentioned in the Itinerary will be charged extra.

In Case of exceptional circumstances where in we are not in position to provide Hotel mentioned, we shall offer similar Hotel.

April & October Month, Pangong Lake Journey will be done in one-day excursion.
❖
No Refund or Compensation for any unused services / transportation in any circumstance.
❖
Visit to all Museums in program is subject to their remaining open on day of visit as per rules of competent authority.

We will not bear any cost for flight cancelled or delayed due to Bad weather or any other reason given by the airline. Cost for accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be borne by passenger.

In case of increase in Airfare (If included) we shall be duly compensated by actual supplement cost at time of booking.

There would be no refund for the road blocks at Nubra Valley | Pangong Lake & Tsomoriri Lake due to natural calamity. The alternate accommodation Cost at Leh due to the same should be bear by the passenger directly.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

No refund for tour starting within 10 days of tour or after starting or middle of the tour.

No Show 100% of tour cost.
❖
During High peak season period, Hotels Specific Cancellation Policies will be applicable in these cases the hotels may not refund any amount if the booking is cancelled after issuance of Hotel Voucher.

The Process of Refund will take around 60 days to complete & the refund will be paid by Cheque or credit note only.
