Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival in Srinagar & Local Delights

  Upon arrival at the Srinagar airport, you will be met by a tour representative and transferred to your hotel or famous houseboat on Dal Lake.
  
  After checking in and some rest, you will embark on a sightseeing tour of Srinagar.
  
  Visit the beautiful Mughal Gardens, including Nishat Bagh (Garden of Pleasure), Shalimar Bagh (Abode of Love), and Chashme Shahi. These gardens, with their cascading fountains and terraced lawns, offer a glimpse into the grandeur of the Mughal era.
  
  In the evening, enjoy a relaxing shikara ride on the iconic Dal Lake, taking in the views of the floating gardens and majestic Zabarwan mountain range.

  After breakfast, you will take a full-day excursion to Sonamarg, also known as the "Meadow of Gold." The drive to Sonamarg is breathtaking, passing through picturesque valleys and the Sindh River.
  
  Sonamarg is the base camp for the Amarnath Yatra and is a gateway to Ladakh.
  
  You can opt for a pony ride (at your own cost) to the Thajiwas Glacier, where you can play in the snow year-round.
  
  Later in the evening, drive back to Srinagar.

  Today, you will be transferred from Srinagar to Gulmarg, the "Meadow of Flowers," which is famous for its stunning natural beauty and is a popular skiing destination in winter.
  
  After checking into your hotel, you can explore Gulmarg at your leisure.
  
  A must-do is the Gulmarg Gondola ride, one of the highest cable cars in the world. It takes you to Kongdori and then to Apharwat Peak, offering panoramic views of the Himalayas.
  
  You can also enjoy a game of golf at the highest green golf course in the world or simply take a leisurely walk through the lush meadows.

  Next, visit Aru Valley, a charming village known for its beautiful grasslands and as a base camp for various treks.
  
  You can also visit Chandanwari, the starting point of the Amarnath Yatra.

  After a final breakfast, check out from your hotel.
  
  Depending on your flight schedule, you can do some last-minute souvenir shopping in Srinagar, famous for its Pashmina shawls and Kashmiri handicrafts.
