Arrival At Darjeeling
Upon our arrival at the nearest airports Bagdogra where our assistant will meet you with transport to Darjeeling - about 3 hours. On arrival, check in to hotel. Overnight at Hotel, Darjeeling. Meal: Dinner.

Explore Darjeeling
Early morning (@04:00AM), drive to the Tiger hill. Situated at an altitude of 8442 ft. Tiger hill has earned international fame for the magnificent view of the sunrise. The majestic peak Kanchenjunga (8596 mtrs) rears up flanked by Mt.Kabru and Mt Pandim to the far left are Everest, Makalu and Lhotse. Other peaks visible from here are Mt. Jano, Mt. Nar sing, Mt. Frey peak, Mt. Sinolchu etc. After Tiger Hill, visit Yiga Choling Monastery of Ghoom. After breakfast, visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, a high altitude wildlife Zoo with the most successful captive breeding center for Snow leopard and Red Panda. After this visit, you may proceed to Tibetan Refugee Self Help Center and then Tea Garden. Evening free for market. You may take a joy ride in the famous Darjeeling "Toy Train", titled World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Overnight at Hotel, Darjeeling. Meal: Dinner.

Darjeeling To Rimbick To Timburey
Sandakphu Trek begins. Drive to Rimbick. The starting point of the trek. The days walk, about 02 -03 hrs, is uphill towards Timburey. Overnight at Homestay, Timburey. Meal: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Timburey To Sandakphu
On second day of Sandakphu Trek, we undertake the walk till Sandakphu. Overnight at Lodge, Sandakphu. Meal: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Sandakphu To Phalut/moley
After breakfast, the day of walking for a little while the trekker will be followed by the Everest group on the left and Kanchenjunga range right ahead. A walk of about 4.5 hrs. From Sandakphu, Phalut 8 Km Keeping the ridge on the left follow the trail north ward. After about an hour the trail begins to climb through a series of zigzag till one reaches Trekkers’ Hut. From here Phalut summit is about 20 minutes walk.A magnificient view of snowy range is obtained from the summit which is also trijunction of Sikkim, West Bengal and Nepal. Overnight at Lodge, Phalut / Moley. Meal: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Phalut/moley To Samanden
After breakfast, enjoy the slightly downhill trek to Samanden. Hold for the night there. Overnight at Homestay, Samanden. Meal: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Samanden To Rimbick
After breakfast, From Samanden walk downhill till Rimbick. . Hold for the night there. Trek concludes. Overnight at Homestay, Rimbick. Meal: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Rimbick To Kalimpong
After breakfast, board the awaiting vehicle and get driven to Kalimpong. Check in to hotel. Rest for the day. Overnight at Hotel, Kalimpong. Meal: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Payment Policy:
Any confirmation is subject to an advance deposit of 50% of the package cost and has to be paid immediately, after that we can process the booking.
Balance Payment has to be made in advance and must be paid & as per time limit given at the time of confirmation.
Full Payment needs to be done one day prior to the tour or on the day of arrival.
Payments can be remitted by depositing the amount through the mode of internet banking in the account (which will be provided while booking the package).

POLICY REGARDING CANCELLATION / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:
30 days & prior to arrival – 10% of the tour/service cost.
20 days to 18 days prior to arrival – 20% of the tour/service cost.
14 days to 16 days prior to arrival – 25% of the tour/service cost.
10 days to 08 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour/service cost.
07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND.
Please note – Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs – in case of cancellation of tour services after the booking is made with us – a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.
REFUND
In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
Where as in case of Cancellation before the commencement, it will take atleast two weeks time to refund the said amount.
