Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Gosaba & Pakhir Jungle

  Depart from Newtown at 8 A.M in the morning and reach Gadkhali at 12:30 P.M after having breakfast on the way. [Breakfast not included in the package]
  From Gadkhali ferry ghat, we board the boat which will be our travel partner for the rest of the journey.
  Visit the local shops of the Gosaba island on our way to Lord Hamilton’s bungalow
  We return to the boat for our lunch and then head towards the Pakhir jungle where we watch the sun set over the horizon
  Return back to our hotel at Pakhiralay and overnight stay beside the beautiful Datta river

  • Themes : Beaches and Islands, Wildlife

• Day 2 : Sajnekhali & Boat Safari

  Depart from our hotel at 8 A.M and head to the boat for our morning breakfast, and then we head towards the Sajnekhali tourism department office
  Explore the deep stretches of the Sundarban forests – A UNESCO World heritage site
  The safari involves going through the narrow creeks and canals within the forest which are home to the crocodiles, geckos, turtles and various other mammal and bird species, the topper of the list being, The Royal Bengal Tiger, the national animal
  Next, we visit the Dobanki watch tower after our lunch on the boat
  Return back to Pakhiralay for the evening

• Day 3 : Day of Departure

  Depart from our hotel at 8 A.M and board the boat for our morning breakfast
  Explore the scenes in the Sajnekhali’s jungles
  Gather some cherishable memories and enjoyable experiences as the depart back for New Town after lunch
